Very nice break from busy time at Christmas. Really enjoyed our time. The cottage was perfect.
One small suggestion. A few more pavers from back porch to hot tub. Small pebbles stick to bottom of feet which you don’t want in the tub.

Beautiful and clean property! Perfect for our Labor Day weekend away. The hot tub is a great feature. We loved that there were toys for kids, too!

Such a perfect cottage for our family trip, everything was so fresh and clean and they thought of ever little detail down to a super cute s’mores kit. Quick walk to town and loved having our own private hot tub. Highly recommend!

Great spot, with a beautifully maintained home, complete with hot tub, grill, and a kids' room full of toys. There was even a cupboard with family board games. They've thought of every detail, and were incredibly responsive and kind. I would stay here again.

The home is in a quiet, deadend loop of Seabrook, and you park and walk to your front door so no car traffic! Since the home is newer, everything was fresh, clean and in working order. The house had every amenity we needed, and my family enjoyed the backyard seating and fire pit and especially the private hot tub. The hosts communicated well and we had no issues. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful home! Every detail thoughtful. Brand new and impeccably clean. My boys really enjoyed the fun trail out to the beach and returning for s’mores and hot tub to warm up. Heated mud room after coming in from the hot tub also a bonus. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Spotless, modern, still smells like new, and Chris is an excellent communicator making our stay very turnkey. Unit is well stocked with all the necessities. . Hot tub and fire pit were a nice bonus. My wife and I will definitely be visit Knotting Hill again in the future.

The property was clean, family friendly, quiet and comfortable. It had many nice touches of amenities available. A lot of thought was put into ensuring the visitors were comfortable. The communication and process for renting was smooth. We will book here again in the future.

Our families enjoyed your nicely decorated house. We had fun playing UNO and connect four. I enjoyed reading the books you had. We love your mud room and so we will steal that idea for our house.

This was our first time traveling to Seabrook. Our stay was great - the house was tucked away with lots of walking trails. There's a park nearby where we could take our daughter along with a little farm she enjoyed spending time at. The house was very clean and perfect for our needs as a small family. It was great that we didn't need to bring toys for our 2 year-old either.

Our family had a great stay at the property for our first time in Seabrook. The unit was immaculately clean and new. We had no issues whatsoever and the location was perfect for us. The weather was a little rainy so we appreciated the assortment of board games for the kiddos. We would definitely recommend others visiting Seabrook to stay here and we will likely return ourselves in the future!
