Beautiful home. Plenty of space and everything you need in the home. Didn’t have to purchase anything else but our own food. Landlord was extremely attentive and responsive when we needed them.

Plenty of space, a nice backyard and patio, pet,-friendly, and close to all the things we wanted to do in Saint Pete and Saint Pete Beach.

This home was very nice, clean, spacious and comfortable. It is so much bigger than it looks and the layout was great - different from so many other homes. Although I booked through VRBO, there is a third party management company (Evolve). Then the contact person listed on Evolve's website is the homeowner, and not the management company, which was confusing when I had a question. However, the homeowner (Linda) was very nice and happy to help. Will definitely try to stay again the next time we visit the St. Pete area!

Absolutely beautiful place to stay with friends family or just to get away. 3 minutes away from beach and tons of restaurants, bars and shopping stores! Very convenient to all our needs! Very clean and and spacious place. I would definitely recommend and I would stay again😊

Perfect place for a girls’ week long getaway! The house was beautifully decorated and had a fully stocked kitchen. We enjoyed exploring Gulfport and loved how close the beaches were. The back deck was a great place to sit outside with a glass of wine. Can’t wait to return!

This beautiful home was more than I could have imagined. It was furnished with anything and everything that I could have needed to make our stay enjoyable. The home was in a safe location and was extremely close to the beaches and to the trendy square in downtown Gulfport that offered some amazing eats and great boutiques. I will definitely book here again and I highly recommend this property.
