It was my birthday, we used the little lounge by the entrance , which was nice and clean. With noisy kids, the stuff was patient. Love the little pool, steam sauna, the jacuzzis and dry sauna was out of order. I thank for the crib and luxury feelings. We booked higher room for $217when mistaking we asked for the king size bed, they changed our room to small $159 :( , when I asked I was lied the by the old nice gentleman that all the rooms are the same. Husband wasn’t happy about it.

My stay was amazing everything new and clean nice arena botom floor and casino sweet.

Room was clean and comfortable. Hotel section was quiet, heard no noise from any neighbours. The parking for the hotel is confusing to find, signage could be a little better to help avoid confusion.

The room is nice enough, but it's a work in progress. It did not cool down nearly enough, the window opening mechanism was not working, the office chair literally fell apart as it was barely screwed in, the shower-tub plug did not hold up to allow water to flow and the pillows were all one size and too bulky for those of us who like a low pillow. Unlikely to come back unless I hear about improvements.

Can't wait to do again. The only thing I would work on is the food. There isn't many options. So if you can bring food or stop and get something. Overall it's a great Hotel.

Very nice hotel. Quite modern with all new amenities. Lots of parking (free). Only issue is that there is no equipment (buggies) of any kind to place your luggage on. We didn’t need any as we only had overnight bags but it can be quite a walk from the parking lot (indoor and outdoor) if you have more luggage than we had. Main entrance where you can drop off passengers and luggage is not well identified.

The hydro went out which isn’t that fault of the hotel but the customer service I received when I called to ask a question was disgusting. The lady on the other end told me she would call me back with an answer to my question and before hanging up the phone l made rude comments to her coworker about me and laughing! She also never called me back! She demonstrated that their really only true worries are about the casino and the concert venue so unless that is why you are going I suggest looking else where because she showed they had zero interest in helping the guests who were there for the other amenities like the pool and hot tub! We were stuck in our room all night without light! Leaving us with nothing to do because the generator went to running the casino! Not a friendly place for people uninterested in the casino!

The power went out for hours and we were only compensated $10 for the inconvenience. Disappointed for sure.

If you leave and go get outside food they will not allow you to walk through the casino even though there are no signs posted stating this. Security is extremely rude and unprofessional. You can have drinks in the casino and if you order food from the places inside you can bring that into the casino but you can’t walk through it with outside food. Does that make sense? I ended up leaving a day early because of the ignorance from security. There is no parking on the hotel side there is only parking on the casino side. Overall a horrible experience. I wouldn’t recommend staying at this hotel ever!

The property was beautiful but sadly we lost power minutes after arriving and was out for 3 hours. There for unable to enjoy the pool and sauna. Couldn’t get ready to go for our anniversary dinner. Very disappointing with the amount I paid

We experienced a blackout during our stay… announcements were made regularly and the casino, hallways and one elevator remained open. Great snd timey response!

We went for a concert, Hotel lost power for almost 4 hours, there was no communication to us or offered compensation, the food and drinks were not available. Also no apologies or offers for the inconvenience at all. Also loud, you can hear all activities in the hallway. Very basic stay and play. Room doesn't offer much. A view of a large construction area. Parking in the covered area. Found car in 3 inches of water, feet completely soaked. Would I go back? That would probably be a no.

Clean and comfortable

Loved this new property! Comfy beds, beautiful decor, and so convenient if you want to have some fun at the casino! Employees were super friendly and very professional.

Nice new hotel, very clean and in top shape.

We were very happy with our suite. It has a separate living area, a half and full bath (with a tub and separate shower). The room was clean and comfortable, the bed was especially very comfortable. The restaurant in the casino was great food and service. Overall very happy with our stay.

Check google and bring a sweater or two

We stayed two night during a busy weekend in January 2024. We didnt know it was busy but their were multiple children hockey/ringuette teams. The staff did a great job by keeping the property clean and ensuring the kids were not unattended at any time while using the facilities. (gym, pool etc. ) Our room, (king bed) was a nice size, however, i would have liked to have more towels (i know i can ask) but we only had 2 towels. Our safe was not working, and we didnt bother asking for help because we didnt want to wait around. We used the gym during our visit, its a great lil space to get your workout in. The sauna is a nice size, but it does not get warm quick, its a long process which kinda sucked. The Steam room was out of order during our visit. The pool is very small, but does the trick if you want to get wet, but dont think you are doing laps. The hot tub (spa)_was warm and a nice size. The changing was were great. Parking is FREE which is a lovely bonus to have, however, you are paying a 10$ resot fee, so kinda equal out. The Casino was very nice and clean. (its a regular casino) The district food was OK, i would order out next time. On the pricey side for a very small burger which was blah. The pizza was decent but overpriced. Starbucks in located in the hotel, so that is convenient.

Found the walk from the parking long, especially when its cold and windy

We had a very nice stay. Rooms were beautiful and clean and spacious. They accommodated our request to book in early as we travelled from Tweed to Ajax for a funeral. Thank you very much for that. Much appreciated.

The stay was lovely, loved the breakfast. The place was clean. Enjoyed the stay.

The property was clean but front desk staff were not friendly as a matter of fact I found them to be very condescending.

The hotel is nice, only thing is that we wanted to have a family dinner and we couldn’t because you need to walk through the casino and our kids were under 18, so you can only eat in the food court.

The rooms are a fair size, even for the cheapest rooms they have. The bed was comfy and had power outlets beside each bedside floating table. We stayed on a weekday for a meeting and didn't notice any excessive noise from the hallway or other rooms. Our room was facing the highway and didn't notice any noise from it and rarely heard the commuter train go by. Toilet paper was super thin and would recommend bringing your own. I folded it four times and it still tared through after use. Yuck! The worst I've ever had in a hotel room. If you prefer white noise to sleep with, as in having the fan running in the room constantly, there isn't an option to do so from the HVAC unit. Parking is ample and the outdoor garage is around the corner from the casino. Elevators are separate from the parking, so you'll need to walk to another set to get to the room. Only a good note, there wasn't a wait for them and they ran efficiently. The area around the hotel is quite isolated and the nearest food outside of the complex is about 2 kms away (just over a mile). Signage could've been better for the parking lot as it was a bit confusing on the exit and the signs were small. Inside the hotel was simple to get around. I would stay here again given the price is reasonable, but I'm not sure why there's a hotel fee for something that doesn't offer resort amenities that make it worthwhile.

Modern, spacious and clean rooms. Helpful and friendly hotel staff. Enjoyed our stay.
