The host accommodated our late-night arrival by leaving keys in a lock box and met us the next day to welcome us. He left us a complimentary bottle of wine and cake. He also booked a van for us to the airport for the day we left, and offered to answer any other questions about the location. I really appreciated the hospitality. The apartment had a kettle, fridge, and stove. We appreciated having the kitchen so that we could store groceries and leftovers from ordering delivery. The bedroom had lots of extra blankets and duvets. The shower temperature and water pressure were good. We also used the washing machine since our stay was for six nights. The internet worked well. The location was perfect for walking to the Roman Forum, the Colosseum, Circus Maximus, and many other nearby sites. There were several restaurants very close by. We really appreciated the elevator for my elderly father.

We had to coordinate use of the bathroom within our group because access is only from the bedroom, so anyone staying in the main room needs to interrupt anyone staying in the bedroom in order to use the bathroom. This is just the design of the apartment, and only a minor inconvenience.

We had a great stay at this apartment in Rome. The location is excellent—central, yet quiet—and the apartment was comfortable and worked very well for our family of five. The host was very helpful and responsive throughout our stay. We especially appreciated the small welcome gift waiting for us upon arrival. Our flight was delayed, and the host was very accommodating with our late check-in, which made things much easier. Whenever we needed anything additional, the host responded quickly and took care of it right away. Another great advantage is that the building has an elevator, which is definitely a big plus compared with many other apartments in Rome, especially when traveling with luggage. Overall, a very positive experience and a great base for exploring Rome. Highly recommended!

The apartment is not very large, which is understandable for a central Rome apartment. When the sofa beds are open, there is limited space to sit and eat comfortably around a table, especially for a family of five. This was a minor inconvenience and quite understandable given the size and layout of the apartment.

The location was unbelievable. Perfect.

Then location is ideal, in central Rome. And we were met by the very friendly host who helped get us set up in the room. The suite was simple but spacious, clean and comfortable for our one-night stay.

The rooms are very basic, so if you're looking for more than that this is not the right place for you. Also the shower scalded my room-mate! The control turns the opposite way from the one you expect, and the hottest setting is very, very hot – dangerously so. My friend tried to turn the heat down, but because the control is backwards, he turned it *up*. Luckily only his hand was hurt, and not too badly.
