Beautiful place, comfortable and clean rooms. The staff are very nice and helpful from the minute you arrive until you leave. Breakfast is amazing. You feel you are in a 5 star resort in Bali

Without a doubt our best stay in Ecuador. The breakfast was amazing, the pool was amazing and Emma was so friendly! We were spoiled during our stay.

Incredibly comfortable beds with good quality linen. Dreamy decor. Staff were all absolutely amazing and nothing was too much of an ask. Amazing breakfast with a number of options. Gorgeous swimming pool, and surrounding areas.

First room we stayed in didn't have a kettle. We later found out that this is common in Ecuador.

Beautiful hotel! We loved the pool. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious! The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. A few nice restaurants/cafes in town.

There wasn't much to do at the hotel besides stay by the pool. It would have been fun to have a bar, yoga classes, or something else. The hotel was quite a walk away from the beach, especially with a surfboard. Just FYI, there is not TV in the room.

excellent staff, clean, great breakfast

The staff are really welcoming and good hearted people. Involved in the community, led by women, they strive to improve the community’s life conditions as part of an ecosystem. Accommodations are really clean, with a luxurious feel and with comfortable resting private areas. Breakfast are generous and healthy. It really feels like you’re part of a family, including the dogs. Place is a few minutes walk to beach access, right in the center of everything but still secluded enough to be in a quiet area, away from the noises. Wifi works better than most places in Ayampe. There’s really nothing not to like about this place.

The nicest hotel in Ayampe, hands down. Our hosts, Magnolia and Emma’s attention to detail, sensitivity to their guests’ needs, and ability to create an incredibly relaxing environment was very impressive. While not directly on the beach, it’s just an easy 2-3 minute walk into town/beach, and you’ll be glad you chose the privacy, quiet, and chill setting of Villa Los Olivos, over other spots right in town. The garden is beautiful, the pool and lounges were a perfect place to spend a few hours, and be sure to order a hand crafted cocktail 😉 . Amazing breakfasts, with lots of options, cooked to order. High end linens and furnishings, a hammock on the patio, and a few adorable pups who keep watch over the property, but also love to be given attention. We can’t wait to come back again to Villas Los Olivos! Thanks for making our anniversary, one we’ll never forget!
