I didn’t like the property at all. It was very difficult for me to find the hotel as it was not visible from the main street, it was inside some street. staff was also not picking the call to help me with the location

i booked the room with private bathroom but i was given a room at the basement with no attached bathroom. Being a senior citizen , i was offered room at the basement and bathroom was on the ground floor. every time i had to use stairs to use the common bathroom. very bad hotel and didnt expect this listing to be present on booking.com
