Great property for our family to celebrate Thanksgiving. The house is beautiful and Deb was very accommodating and attentive. The location is excellent, easy walk to the beach and great park a block away. Great place to relax and enjoy the view!

Warm & welcoming modern home with unbeatable location. Great aircon, fast wifi, lovely heated pool & spa, and lots of great extras (like roku tvs, high quailty appliances & kayaks!). Indian Rocks Beach is a great location. Wonderful white sand beach just a short stroll away. Great hosts, clear to see the effort & attention to detail they have put into their property. Highly recommended.

Perfect beach house on the intracoastal and a short walk to the beach. Beautiful and comfortable acommodations for the whole family, fantastic views and a great backyard with a pool. The house is immaculate and appointed so that guests have everything they could want. Huge TVs, comfortable beds and couch, a great kitchen and a balcony with views for coffee and relaxing.

My sister and I (along with our families) have been renting vacation home properties up and down the coast for years. We pay premium prices to secure homes on the bay with dock access. While this home was as lovely as many - we feel we overpaid based on the total experience. The home was well-styled. The backyard was glorious. The dock was inadequate. We specifically asked about dock access and usability because we fish and boat from the dock. While the owners did mention that they were in line for a new boat dock, at no point did they warn us or suggest that the existing dock was potentially unsafe or in a state of disrepair (as they said in communication after the fact). Unfortunately, on day one of our trip, a middle section of the boat dock collapsed. We immediately contacted the owners and they arranged to have the dock repaired. The repair left a major tripping hazard and was an inconvenience throughout our trip. When we approached the owners and asked them to consider fair compensation as it relates to the dock, we were met with a reminder that the owners paid for emergency repair and therefore, would not compensate us for any inconvenience, trouble, etc. This Felt Fair warning: you will find the neighborhood is very obviously opposed to short term rentals (signs in most yard.

The home was beyond amazing. It exceeded our expectations and we loved it. The hosts were so helpful and terrific. The location was perfect for us. We were able to get everywhere we wanted with either a short walk the the amazing beach and park or a short drive to excellent restaurants and shopping. We loved every minute of it and will be back!!!! Thank you so much for letting us share this little piece of heaven.
