The inside of the house was very clean. The neighborhood was definitely not what I expected. The houses around this rental are very unkempt as was this rentals outdoor areas. The front needs trees to be trimmed and the lawn wasn’t cut what looked like for about 3 weeks. I totally understand that it had rained quiet a bit before our stay, however when I called to have the lawn mowed they did come but 2 hours of listening to the mower, weedwacker, blower was very annoying as we were sitting by the pool. The pool was very nice. That’s about all. The windows in the place looked like they haven’t been cleaned in a very long time most of the blinds were broken and hard to open. The kitchen sink was leaking which I couldn’t use the last day which was fine because by that time I was aggravated enough to just forget about it. I think the price was too high for this property and the area it’s in. The train that runs close to the house was very very annoying and I know there’s not much anyone can do about that but again it should be put in the description. We came to relax and we were disappointed due to the fact that the train woke us every night. The managing people did give us back some money which was the right thing to do but I don’t think I would be renting this property again.

We had a great time at this property. The pool was wonderful. The outside cushions could use a good cleaning. The sink in the kitchen continues to run if you don't turn it all the way to cold and shut it off, and the main bathroom toilet paper holder fell off the wall with the first use. But overall, this property was comfortable and I would stay here again. We had no problems with the neighborhood and/or the neighbors. The host was in touch right away and made it known they were available for any needs/concerns.

I would definitely stay at this home again. The house had obviously been updated and it was immaculate. Beds were comfortable and the pool was great. Everyone enjoyed our time in the pool. Check in and out was a breeze and all of us were happy with this trip.

We absolutely loved the pool and outside sitting area. The house is so tasteful decorated! The bunk beds were fantastic for the kids and the kitchen had everything we needed. The neighborhood is a bit sketchy in one area and although the train tracks are very close by they didn’t bother us or wake anyone in the night. We really enjoyed our stay.

The rental was equipped with all the amenities one could desire for a comfortable stay. The living area and kitchen were spacious, offering ample room to relax and prepare meals. The house even has a mango tree in the front yard, where we plucked fresh mangos for breakfast. The friends got to hang out in the big, clean pool in the back, that was covered by a screen to keep out bugs. What truly set this rental apart was the exceptional hospitality provided by the hosts. From the moment of booking to check-out, they were prompt in their communication, attentive to any inquiries or needs, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was memorable. I look forward to returning with my family in the future.

The property was clean and nice and only a 10 min drive to Delray Beach. The property had all the cookware and utensils needed to cook there. They also had plenty of towels to use for the pool.
