The property is just as lovely in person as in the photos! It was comfortable and conveniently located right on the beach and within an easy walk to the local park with restaurants and mini golf. We had a snafu with the check-in process but it was resolved through the after-hours answering service and property manager. We were pleased to find beach towels in the closet and a small elevator for taking our luggage up and down!
We would definitely rent this property again!

We had a lovely stay at this condo. It was myself, my husband and 3 kids (ages 7-11.) it was a great location to explore Amelia Island. We especially loved visiting Boneyard Beach and shark tooth hunting at Fort Clinch which was very close by. Plenty of restaurants and the beach access and view can’t be beat! Highly recommend.

High quality construction, gorgeous interiors, well-stocked kitchen. Wonderful views, beautiful beach and convenient location. Would rent again if returning to Amelia.

We had a great time. It was for my granddaughters graduation. we had a great time together as
grandmother , daughter and siblings. I got a call saying the remote was missing. we search our things when we got home. it was not to be found. I hope you found it in the condo.

Just bring your toothbrush! This is the most well appointed property we have stayed in. Property is brand new and has absolutely everything you need. Just show up and enjoy the beauty this property has to offer inside and out. Living area completely opens to a huge porch with stunning views of the ocean. Bedrooms have amazing linens and sleep number beds. Beach gear, including a shimbui , and ice machine to fill coolers. The owners have thought of everything!
Great location on Amelia. Close to downtown and an easy walk to The Sandbar for lunch or dinner.
Memorable trip with long time friends! We will be back!
