Lovely property, nicely decorated and fully stocked with everything you can imagine even though we didn’t use any of it. Great location to walk to the town square for the light show.

My wife and I had a wonderful time and a very pleasant stay. Lacy was very friendly and responsive. She has thought of everything. You really don’t need to pack much, as this house is well stocked with toiletries, snacks etc that you don’t often find in other rental properties. The HGTV inspired decor is lovely and comfortable. Nice colors too. Loved the bedding. We enjoyed sitting in the peaceful, enclosed porch having wine in the evening or morning coffee. Fireplace was cozy and there is plenty to watch on the satellite TV/Netflix etc. There are also board games and table games in the garage, so always something to keep you busy. Johnson City is a great little town. Location was perfectly situated for visiting neighboring towns/wineries/distilleries/restaurants. This place is a hidden gem! You won’t be disappointed.

The house was conveniently located near all of the wineries located on Hwy 281. We spent one day exploring Fredericksburg and one day exploring wineries. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, we saw deer in the morning while drinking coffee and were able to take a nice long jog around the block. The house isn’t far from Johnson City’s main square where there are restaurants and a brewery. The house was clean and had everything we could have needed. All the furniture and finishes appear new and well appointed. Easily sleeps two couples with room to bring more friends next trip. Will definitely be staying here again for our next hill country trip!

This is a good place if you want a few quiet days in the Hill Country. It's close to restaurants and stores and has lots of amenities. Pedernales Falls State Park is just a short drive away. Lacy is helpful hospitable, and I definitely would rent this house again! A+!
