This is a wonderful property. It's a bungalow sandwiched between two giant condo buildings. It's right across the street (not a busy one) from the public beach access and a short bike ride to St. Armends circle which is filled with tiny shops and restaurants.
The house is clean and well supplied with towels, soap, bikes and kayaks. The host is very responsive and went above and beyond. The house has two ice makers that were not working so I went to the nearby Publix to pick some up and by the time I got back she had delivered a bag of ice. We thought that was really nice.
Being on the west coast of Florida, each evening we got to watch a spectacular sunset from the beach.
This is a spectacular property and I surely hope to visit again.

This charming open plan home by the sea lent itself to a wonderful family gathering & easy maintainability. We were able to hang out and socialize both in the kitchen/dining area as well as in the hidden front & back yards in private. We walked literally across the street to enjoy the beach, showered our sand off behind the house, and served meals on the vast open kitchen countertops with ease. It was definitely a No Stress little vacation and within the first 24 hours we decided we would definitely be back!! THANK YOU for being a fantastic host Scott & for allowing families like ours to enjoy this little Gem by the Sea! :-)

Great location. Walk to great restaurants. The beach is across the street. Could not get closer! Wonderful super responsive host. This was a most enjoyable R&R moment for us.

My wife and I rented this perfectly located house for a week and it was simply fantastic. This updated and fresh house is directly across from the beach and a very short walk to St Armand's Circle. The house was stocked with kitchen essentials, beach chairs, towels- we were highly satisfied with this great rental and did not encounter a single problem before, during or after our stay. The owner went out of his way to accommodate us! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

This is a great beach cottage in a good location for walking to St. Armands Circle. The beach is right across the street. House was updated and clean.

Beautiful weather excellent location. Wish I could have stayed longer. Accommodations were percfect. A quaint well stocked house.
