Just had a case of roachs

If you like living with cockroaches and no one every getting with you from benchmark this is the property for you. First got there my 1 year old an me was unpacking an had black feet within 30 mins of me unpacking. Which I called an they still didn’t give me any thing back spent a hour cleaning the room myself. Yes they offered to clean it after day 3. Spent 4 days with out the armbands for the pool an a parking pass which we got 2 pink slips (where they were going to tow us) still acting like we were in the wrong every min. 7 days spent an no one once cared to come out to fix the roach issue which is disgusting!!!! Vrbo wouldn’t refund anything nor benchmark! I finally quit calling after day 5 because no one did anything about it. I’ve stayed at this building before 2 years ago an it was amazing!
So if you like dirty, cockroaches, worn out, falling apart things this is the unit for you!

Location was great, condominium in general was good. Unit was very dirty. Vents had dust every where, unit was infested with roaches, dishes had to be rinsed before using due to things being stuck inside the glasses. Overall not happy with stay. Contacted management for partial refund or some sort of fix due to roach infestation and was told 1. that pest control had to “evaluate the unit” before anything could be done - after 3 days with no pest control I contacted again and was told my “case was sent to the board for review”. Very unsatisfactory.

Booked this condo for our honeymoon. It was very clean and in a nice location. The Boardwalk bar and grill on the property has delicious food and drinks. Will definitely be booking this again.

My husband and I went just to get away by ourselves for a bit. We enjoyed nice food and drinks from the on-site restaurant. We walked to restaurants a couple nights. The beach was amazing and not too crowded. We would definitely stay here again.

Everyone who worked at the property was friendly and helpful. Only complaint: people smoked on their balconies despite clearly posted restrictions.

The condo was as described. It was very clean. After 4:30 check-in is a bit late. And we couldn't get the tv in the bedroom to work. Other than that it was what we expected.

The place appeared to have been cleaned weeks before my stay. Roaches present in den and bathroom tub. Sand in fold out sofa. Chairs on balcony were shredded (they were replaced upon request), neither TV worked ( and this is SEC football season), several light bulbs out or missing, coffee pot dirty, ice maker barely made ice, but the beach was beautiful as always and pools were nice. Sorry for the review, but you asked.

I really loved this property! the view was amazing and it was so pretty! the only complaint i had was the floor was dirty. every-time i walked on the floor barefoot, my feet would end up black and covered in sand!

This is our 2nd year in a row to stay in this unit. We absolutely love this place and hope we get to come back again next summer.it's exactly what we needed. We felt safe and the place was clean . It's become our home away from home.

Loved this cute condo! Lots of sleeping space and the bunk beds were a huge hit with my kids! Amazing location to the beach and my kids loved the pool area! We will definitely be back again!

The location of our condo was a prime spot. We never had to go far for groceries, lunch, dinner, or the shuttle to shell island. The condo had basically everything we needed for our stay which made our stay very smooth as we had flown and didn't have the essentials with us. We were already planning our next vacation here as we were sitting on the balcony looking out at the amazing view. We will be back!

Looks just like the pictures. Beach front. Extremely clean. The host was wonderful and extremely quick responding with any questions I had. Thank you for a perfect weekend getaway at an affordable price. You were so quick with responses and fixing the minor issue we had with the stove ( which was fixed the same night). You were my first Airbnb stay and I hope that all future stats are as great as the one with you has been.

This was by far the best place to stay in Panama City beach. The location was perfect. The condo itself was fabulous. It had everything already there to make your vacation perfect.

This place is great ! The view from our room was outstanding, we where close to everything. The host is outstanding with and instructions , communication, and hospitality! I'd highly recommend staying here.

Unbeatable view, great amenities on the resort with polite staff. Convenient location. Aneliya was very communicative and helpful and had lots of recommendations for restaurants and activities.
