El apartamento tiene todo lo imprescindible para disfrutar de su estancia en el Puerto. Hay una cocina bien equipada. En la sala de estar podrá relajarse y disfrutar de la Televisión por satélite, el DVD.
Hay gran terraza con unas vistas impresionantes al mar donde podrá tomar el sol, cenar al aire libre y disfrutar de las bellas noches de verano.

The apartment is a great size, just right for 3 or 4 people.
When we arrived it was spotlessly clean and there was a nice little welcome pack. The kitchen is well equipped and quite modern.
There is aircon but we didn't need it during our stay (temps in October are quite nice).
The location is fantastic - right on Pine Walk just up from the main town area and eateries. It is a very quiet location, the nearest eatery, a pizzeria, is about 100m away.
On the balcony you have a wonderful view of the Pollenca Bay Area, and can listen to the sea lapping the wall just below you. It really is a great location.

Fabulous apartment in a quiet and peaceful occasion with the most amazing seaviews. The balcony was a great place to sit and watch the world go by. The beach was just outside your door and restaurants a short walk away. Perfect!

This was a wonderful property and fabulous location, however there is no air conditioning in the lounge, kitchen and hall area which I thought there was going to be, which was challenging with children in high and humid temperatures. The code to access the apartment was not given even when I messaged after arriving in the country, so I had to call when standing outside the building, Catherine did answer though so we were able to access it after a conversation. It was a clean and well positioned property and I would recommend it for others to stay in.

Had the most amazing stay in this beautiful apartment. Immaculate and with the most wonderful views, we could not have chosen a better place to stay. Thoughtful touches included a lovely welcome pack and twice weekly towel change. Every detail had been thought of and we were so impressed with the owners attention to detail.

You step out of the gate onto the Pine Walk and straight onto a small beach, or you can walk a couple of minutes either left or right for bigger beaches with sun loungers to rent. The accommodation location is quiet but 5 minutes walk and you have your pick of restaurants and shops. We loved it so much we're booking it for 2023.
