We have stayed at this property before as it is perfect for a family. It is large and well equipped, in a quiet neighborhood. Very short walk to the beach and Main Street. Love the game room.

Nice property, and the owner was very helpful. Rainy out, so the games in the garage were great! Ping pong, donkey kong, and shuffle board.

Our stay at this property was delightful. House is beautiful and clean. There are A LOT of stairs. Very accommodating for our pets. Loved the screened deck.
Nice location on folly beach and with the golf cart it made it easy to get around the island. Thank you for the opportunity to stay.

The townhome was as advertised. It was incredibly convenient to the Center St for all the Folly Beach shopping, restaurants and bars with just a couple blocks to walk there. The beach was also very easy access, especially with the golf cart provided by the owners. The kitchen was well equipped for all we needed. The bedrooms and bathrooms were nice as well. The game room was fun. It was in the back of the garage but still very easily accessible. It might get a little hot in there in the summer but for October it was fine. We played ping pong and shuffleboard and a bunch of old time video arcade games. We would definitely stay at this location again.

This stay exceeded my expectations. The place was so comfortable, the beds were great, it had everything you could need, sound proof (I slept so well here), reliable internet and cable, plenty of parking options, and just a wonderful location. We took short walks to downtown and the beach, as well as sitting on the screened patio that overlooks the marsh. The golf cart was so fun! The host was great and so helpful when we had a run-in with our first hurricane!! My friends and I are already planning our next visit and stay here!!

It's a quiet and comfortable place with plenty of space. Love having the golf cart for bopping around the island. I'm sure families would love the game set up in the garage. Beds are comfy. Thanks for the stay and the great communication!

Great amount of space with bathrooms and bedrooms for an adult family with significant others. This condo had everything you could possibly need on vacation. Loved the location of the condo. We used the golf cart daily but could easily walk to many places for dinner and beach. Jacob was very responsive to any questions prior and 1 during our trip. Having the shower outside to help with sand was nice to have.

Great vacation stay for family of six with pets. House was great and extremely well equipped - if we forgot to bring it, the house had it! Property owner was very accommodating. Beds were so comfortable and golf cart was great for getting our stuff to the beach. Glad we found this place and would stay there again.

The house was lovely. The owner was readily available. We would rent this house again in a minute. The location to all Folly beach's activities was perfect. We all loved the golf cart. The beach was super.

We had the best time in Folly Beach with our teenage kids and their besties. The house was perfect for 6 with ample private and shared living space. The screened-in porch and golf cart took it over the top! Getting to the beach and around the island was easy and touring historic Charleston only a quick drive away. We would be happy to stay again. Thanks for a wonderful experience!

Very nice. Great open floorplan for hanging out together. Walking distance to beach and restaurants on Folly. Golf cart is a nifty addition. Relatively short drive to Charleston Historic District. We had a wonderful time.

My family and I visited Charleston for a week. The property was fantastic. Quiet and comfortable. Wi-fi was strong which allowed to work without interruption. There was a blender that didn’t work and I sent the roperty owner a message, not as a complaint t but to make the property owner aware. He called me back within minutes, apologized and actually delivered a brand new blender that night.

Stayed here for a friends wedding on Folly Beach. Description of the house was spot on. Very clean and close to everything.

Great location on Folly Beach within walking distance to almost everything! The condo is spacious and kitchen well stocked with dishes and cookware. The only drawbacks are the pull out couch and mattresses in the master bedroom and secondary bedroom (queen bed) need to be replaced. Made for some restless nights! Would definitely use again if those updates are made!
