We had a family of ten, and this 2500 sq ft. house was plenty roomy for all of us. The house was immaculate and included everything you could possibly want in the kitchen even including coffee and K-cups. All of us thought our beds were comfortable and there were plenty of blankets and pillows. We had a fire in the fire pit and made s-mores and made good use of the kayaks, life jackets and yard games….all great family fun!! Perfect place to stay if you are coming to swim with the manatees. We brought our small boat and docked it right there at the house. Tina, the host, had 10+++ communication and always responded right away to any questions we had.

My husband and I have worked extremely hard this past year and needed to just getaway. We took our two grandsons and stayed at this amazing property. This home is absolutely beautiful!! Communication with the owner and access to the property was easy. We enjoyed the use of the kayaks to explore the canal and the river. Then ended the night sitting around the fire pit enjoying s’mores. The home is pretty spacious! We definitely plan on coming back with more family to explore Three Sisters Springs which is only a few miles away. I definitely give this home with all the amenities 5 stars! I can’t wait to till our next stay.

This was the perfect location to try scalloping for the first time! All of us were comfortable and definitely enjoyed just hanging out at the house as well. Great property!

What a wonderful house and owner was so responsive. The house is beautiful, spacious, well equipped and decorated so coastal. Very pretty and comfortable. Can’t wait to go back.

We’ve been coming to Crystal River for a few years now to go scalloping. We’ve finally found the perfect location. This house is well stocked, spacious, attentive and friendly host, plenty of dock space for boats, the list goes on and on. We travelled with 2 boats and trailer parking/boat dock space can often be a challenge but it was not with this location! The backyard space is great for hanging out after a day on the water, plenty of bedrooms, amazing kitchen and nice living space. Highly recommend this house!

We celebrated Grandma's and Dad's birthdays with 9 family members total for the weekend and everyone kept raving how wonderful the place was! There is plenty to do for the kids and adults and you can even bring your boat to tie off in the canal. The place was spotless and super clean. We definitely will be staying again!

We made the trip just for a manatee tour, and this home made it perfect. It has everything you could need aside from the food you want to eat. Plenty of games, the perfect outdoor environment to relax, the dock is beautiful to fish from and the kayaks kept us busy whenever we weren’t out doing other things. The location is 5 min from hunters springs park and many kayak, manatee and scallop tours, but also 5 min from and store you could need. The cleanest rental I have ever stayed in!

Our family of 8 enjoyed our Thanksgiving week stay at this impeccably clean and beautifully decorated property. The home includes many thoughtful amenities including board games, children's coloring supplies, and stationery. We particularly enjoyed sitting on the porch to appreciate the sounds and sights of the canal, as well as taking out the kayaks to explore the nearby canals and waterways. The kitchen is exceptionally well equipped with pots, pans, new appliances, spices, and basic kitchen staples; we had everything needed to prepare a delicious Thanksgiving meal! The owner provided an e-mail address and a phone number for communication, and quickly responded to queries prior to and during our stay. Overall, we couldn't have asked for a better experience!

We had a great stay at this amazing property! This home is spacious, immaculately clean, and had even MORE amenities than shown in the listing. Kayak trips reminded me of the "real" Florida, at peace in nature, including an up close encounter withy a family of otters... WOW! We have been using VRBO for several years and this was the most comfortable and enjoyable of all! We will be back!
