This is a very basic motel with zero amenities beyond a swimming pool. There isn’t even a coffee machine on the premises.

Sehr zentral gelegenes Hotel mit guter Parkmöglichkeit gegen einer täglichen 20$ Gebühr. Freundliches Personal und saubere Zimmer. Gemütliche Betten.Die Zimmer sind neu renoviert. Der Rest ziemlich veraltet aber Preis Leistung passt auf jeden Fall! Toller Aufenthalt!

Everything! Beautiful, charming little touches everywhere, excellent amenities, very helpful and kind staff, quiet rooms and excellent location. Thoughtful extras, like daily yoga included and a welcome beer from a local brewery. Lovely design as well! Such a charming hotel! Will be back!

Tolle Lage, schönes Zimmer und Ambiente. Das Personal war super freundlich und sehr bemüht. Nur die Zimmer zur Straße sind etwas laut. Absolute Empfehlung!

Klimaanlage war sehr laut, Tisch und Sessel am Balkon wären toll gewesen, da man eine wunderbare Aussicht auf die Bucht von Kona (mit Delphinen) hatte.

No TV in any of the rooms!! Have NEVER stayed at a hotel with no TV!!!! Air Conditioner was very loud. Room darkening shades didn’t cover entire door/window, so the sun woke us up very early in the morning. Need I say more?

The location was good. Basically that was all.

Right from the start, the staff were rude, handed me a legal document to sign for their indemnity which was so full of legal jargon they could not explain it, and expected guests to sign to say they understood it. I refused to sign. They charged a security deposit of $250 for one nights stay, after having paid accommodation and amenity fee. The bathroom was tiny, and the room resembled a marketplace. No room left in fridge for our use. Slow elevator and dingy dirty hallway to room. No coffee/tea facilities in room. Wouldn't stay again.

Lors de notre arrivée nous voulions prendre une chambre, et ils nous ont dit qu’il n’y avait aucune disponibilité, alors que j’avais vérifié sur internet il y en a avait, je me demandais pourquoi mentir, Nous avons poireauté 30min pour que je réserve sur le site booking beaucoup plus pratique, elles n’avaient plus le choix que de me donner une chambre. Je me suis dit … mais pourquoi ne pas vouloir nous donner la chambre directement? Nous avions passé la journée au Mauna Kea nous étions fatigués et elles étaient hypocrites. Deux dames

We arrived in the middle of the night, due to a canceled flight. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially considering our arrival time. The bed was very comfortable, and the room was spacious enough for a couple. We enjoyed laying by the pool. You can tell the hotel used to be a motel, but they did a good job at renovating. The location of the hotel is perfect.

The room is full of items for purchase. We had to empty the fridge in order to put our own things in. This felt a little as if we were pushed to buy stuff. There was no coffee machine in the room, and we were unfortunately unable to take a shower at a regular temperature. The water is either extremely hot or cold.

The location was excellent.

The room was pretty crowded with 2 queen/double beds jammed together in a space for one. Also, the parking lot was small and with a Labor Day Conroe competition in town, it was often filled with non-guests making it very hard to park.

Lovely interior design. The rooms feel special. A stylish reception area too.

The corridors a bit drab. Water pressure in shower / hot and cold taps difficult to mix to get right temperature.

Emplacement passable

Le confort de la chambre, pas de télé, pas de puissance au niveau du jet de la douche. Très très mal insonorisé (bruit tous les soirs voisins notamment), pas de ménage pendant nos 3 nuits. Personnel sympa mais sans plus (on se débrouille par nous mêmes…) Pour le prix … assez décevant

Staff was very approachable and accommodating.

I did not like all the products in the room taking up space. I did not like that there wasn’t a tea pot or coffee maker in the room. I did not like that I had to ask for a tea pot or microwave if I wanted one. One other small thing: we were told at the desk that we could have two complementary drip drinks out of the fridge, but that wasn’t stated on the papers in the room, which made me nervous that we’d be charged.

We stayed for one night as we were going to Kauai - and needed a place to stay. The front desk was kind enough to give us an early check in. Overall location is great - close to the ocean - not swimmable but nice to have a mid day lunch and have a nice view. There many stores around / plaza - plus a grocery store - must try some of the baked goods there - some are local to Hawaii! The hotel has a coffee truck parked outside so you can sit and enjoy a cup of coffee while overlooking the pool. The pool as well was quite lovely - the towels are provided and it's a small but a cute hotel. The lobby is gorgeous and very inviting and has about 5 work desks in case you want to get some work done.
