The Inside was nicely appointed. We had everything we needed. The unit was clean

The stairs….there were no mention of stairs to get into the home anywhere in the description of the property not only did we have to go up from our parking space but we also had to go down to the unit. There were no handrails on the stairs either which could be a safety issue with anyone with mobility issues like myself.

This basement unit was perfect for our weekend getaway. Ballard is a city in its own right so this was the perfect location to explore the locks, farmers market, and old part of town. The apartment was super clean and has lots of amenities. The host was also helpful with regard to early check-in and bag storage.

It is a basement suite so the space is a little dark. There are upstairs tenants that we heard waking up every morning at 5am-6am.

A really lovely apartment which was very well appointed and immaculately clean with a very friendly and helpful host. A very good location in Ballard with easy access to bars, restaurants, grocery store and downtown Seattle.

The beds were very soft and unfortunately did not suit our taste. Also felt that two people in the bed rolled into the middle resulting in a rather uncomfortable and poor night's rest. There was quite a bit of noise from the residents above the apartment (only to be expected in this kind of layout) was a little distracting and something we are not used to. We found it slightly difficult to access the property as no signage on gate at the back and also when ordering an Uber or a food delivery, we had to stand out on the street (so that the owner of the front above was not disturbed). It may be an idea to just provide exact delivery address and perhaps put a number on the gate and door to make it easier to find.

Location is excellent and easily access to all points of interest.

What an exceptional and lovely stay! This property is so beautifully and creatively decorated. The attention to detail, top of the line amenities and over the top thoughtfulness are such an unexpected treat. The accommodation is immaculate. The location is amazing. Walking distance to Ballard’s best restaurants, breweries and shopping. A very safe and quiet neighborhood with great parking. In addition to beautiful interior design, the mattresses and bedding are so comfortable and top of the line. I cannot say enough about this stay and property. What a find - and a thoroughly enjoyed stay!

There is nothing negative about this property. Only accolades.
