Breakfast - 2200yen - was very good. Whole place was excellent; staff consistently super-helpful.

Gym was very small and basic and couple of machines out of order . No toaster machine in kitchen and when I asked they only had 5 for the whole hotel . I would have thought this was a basic item for most hotels offering a kitchen facility in your room .

空調が暑すぎたり寒すぎたりで、適温での調整が部屋では出来なかった。

部屋はおしゃれで、清潔感があって、眺めも良くて、フロアの床がすっきりして、いい感じでした。電子レンジもあり、冷蔵庫も大きくて、長時間滞在したい気にさせてくれる部屋でした。日本大通り駅のエレベーターを出て左すぐのところに玄関があり、アクセスも言うことなしです。観光地にも歩いて行けます。当日は、部屋の無料グレードアップをしてくださったので、お得感が半端なかったです！スタッフの方々の物腰も柔らかくて、とても気持ちが良かったです。７Fの共用スペースも、席がたくさんあり、奥にはソファ席、外にはテラス席があり、お食事を持ち込んで食べるためのカラトリーやお皿類、電子レンジもありで、居心地が良かった。奥には、フィットネスジムもあり、今回は利用できませんでしたが、次回は利用したいです！リピ確定です！！！

ないです。敢えて言えば、ウォーターが無料であったら良かったとは思いましたが、それを補ってあまりあるくらい、もっと滞在時間を増やしたいと思えるほど、快適で気持ちがいいホテルライフでした。

廊下も部屋もビジネスホテルに比べて広い，全ての施設が新しい，7階ラウンジのコーヒーサービスも嬉しい。

まず、駅からとっても近かったです。 スタッフさんの親切さ、部屋の可愛さ、施設がとっても素敵でした。 珈琲もとても美味しかったし、夜景や、部屋から見える風景がとにかく綺麗でした。

アメニティが少し少なくて、化粧水、乳液等があれば更に快適だったと思います！

It was close to the event we came to Japan to attend and very close to Chinatown. The train stations were very close also making getting around with our jet lagged 5 year old easier.

The room was smaller than expected and I wouldn't recommend it if you are travelling with children

Excellent location and customer service. I would like to specially commend Mizutani san for her assistance. All the staff were amazing.

This is a perfect place to stay for the night before you board your cruise the next day. The hotel has an elevator connecting the underground walkway with its building so you can immediately go to the building from the subway. The hotel also have almost every facilities you will need, from air-conditioning to comfy bed, basic toiletries, hair dryer, and there is even an iron and an iron board to finish up your laundry. After a night's stay, you can also walk directly from the hotel to the cruise terminal without having to worry about getting lost.

If there is anything, may be the bed is a little too hard for light sleepers. Otherwise, nothing to knitpick.

The window view is other building’s wall. It’s really uncomfortable. Should check this first with the hotel management (which i forgot to do)

家から近場のホテルだった為、自転車で向かいました。事前に駐輪場があるか問い合わせましたら要予約で駐車場スペースに停めさせてもらえる事になり有りがたかったです。 駅から直結アクセス バス停も目の前 横浜観光名所も徒歩圏内の立地条件◎ 満月の日だったので歩いて大桟橋へ。 綺麗な満月を見ることが出来ました。 部屋は広く綺麗。大型冷蔵庫、電子レンジ、 物を置くスペースがたくさんあって快適でした。 子供の希望で眺めを道路側の部屋に宿泊。 窓が大きく車やトラックが見れて飽きず、子供が喜んでました。 深夜の救急車サイレンなど騒音が心配でしたが、気になりませんでした。(６階) 次回はハーバービュー側の部屋にも泊まってみたいと思いました。

お酒の自販機が無かったような… でもコンビニが近いので気になりませんでした。

Breakfast venue downstairs is okay but not awesome.

The location was ideal. We were taking a cruise and it is only about 10 minute walk to the Port. Our room had a beautiful view of the harbor. The bed was so comfortable and there were amenities galore. Outstanding Hotel and of good value. If ever I am in Yokohama again, this is the place to stay.

Love all of this hotel. The hotel is right at exit 4. There are residence lounge for customers to relax and drink coffee and can take food to eat here. There are tables and chairs at the corridor too. Moreover the laundromat is also at 7th floor.

Location was great. Rooms were good. Area where we could sit and enjoy company was really good.

The hotel is in an excellent location, right next to Chinatown and very close to cruise terminals. The staff are excellent and all were very courteous and helpful. When we were due to check-out , it was raining very heavily and we needed a large taxi to take us to the cruise terminal. We were fortunate that Mr Yuito at the front desk was so pro-active and conscientious in finding us a suitable taxi (not easy when it is raining) and making sure we got to our cruise ship in time. A truly exceptional member of staff. The room was very well presented and clean. It had every facility we needed and was extremely comfortable.

The check in was very disorganised. We arrived at 9am and were told check-in was at 2pm. As we had already been informed of this, we were not surprised. The hotel took our bags and stored them securely so we could explore around the area. However, when we returned at 2pm we were told the room was not ready and we would have to wait about 10 minutes. We sat in the lobby and asked again in 10 minutes and were told it would be another 10-15 minutes so we waited some more. It was very busy with lots of people checking in but we were still waiting at 2:50pm so we complained vociferously about the delay. Only then were we given a room and we were finally checked in an hour late at 3pm. As we had just got off a 14 hour flight and had been hanging around since 9am that morning, it was very distressing to not be able to check-in at the agreed time.

・炊飯器をお借りできて、久しぶりに炊飯しました！（※海外在住） ・ハンガー多めのリクエストにお応えいただきありがとうございました。長期滞在だったので大変助かりました。 ・地下鉄の駅からのアクセスが最高でした。

・スマホアプリでの解錠にあたりログインを求められることが多く不便でした。ただ、初めからフロントの方が念のためとカードもくださったので助かりました。 ・備え付けの食器にお汁椀を置いていただけると嬉しいです（百均で買いました）。

ロケーションが良いのと清潔でした。

少し長期に会い在するのにはキッチンがとても役立ちました。 フロントのスタッフの優しい対応も素晴らしいと感じます。 7階にコインランドリーがあり、これには感動。

니혼오도리역과 연결되어있어서 관광하기에 아주 좋은 위치에 있어서 좋았습니다. 시설이 전체적으로 모던하고, 깨끗한 편이었어요.

시설이 새것임데도 아쉬운 점이 있었어요. 거실 쇼파 청소상태가 좋지 않았습니다. 직전 이용자가 과자를 먹었는지 과자부스러기가 많았고요. 저희는 모두 짧은 머리인데 엄청 긴 머리카락이 쇼파에 있었어요. 쇼파는 청소를 안한 것 같았습니다. 그리고 이틀연박을 하였는데 저희가 사용한 칫솔을 모두 바구니에 넣어두어서 누구 칫솔인지 모르게 만들어버렸고요. 새칫솔이 제공되지 않으니 그냥 사용해야해서 좋지 않았습니다. 1박에 45만원인데 부족한 서비스가 아닌가 합니다.
