La ubicacion esta bien, est en una bajada pero todo relativamente cerca

Estaba muy sucio. Entiendo que hemos reservado con poquisima antelacion, pero se podria haber barrido y limpiado los baños. Habia hasta una cucharacha muerta en la ventana de la cocina.

Good location, staff was very friendly and accommodating, there was a place upstairs to play pool and very nice views all around

There were quite a lot of mosquitos in our room and I got bit up which made the experience a bit uncomfortable.

staff is not friendly, no hospitality training, no customer service approach. she raised her voice talking to my sister and demanding to pay the supposed to be complementary items like the toiletries. only water is complementary. toiletries, coffee and other things are chargeable and we were not informed that they are selling those items. we were just getting ready for check out at 9am but the staff already came with her checklist and asked what we consumed. poor service. towels,blankets were small and not enough for 5 persons, poor quality of towels, blankets and beds. parking space is too tight. bed quality is poor and ordinary. our car was flat tired due to the sharp debris that was placed by their staff at the driveway while we were coming back to park the car. the owner did not want to take responsibility of helping to fix the flat tire and told us to find a lawyer. at last, after a long discussion, reviewing the cctv and photo, he finally agreed to pay half of the new tire price and we went to fix the car. this is a very bad experience for us. we had a stressful vacation instead of enjoying our stay coming all the way from Manila to Baguio. the photos were showing nice thats why we chose this place. but the reality, its not. we didn’t expect to have this bad experience and poor service. we will never come back to this place again. as well, the place is too far from the city, if you dont have a car, it will be difficult. not recommended to stay.
