Cocina completa con todas las comodidades, encimeras de granito nuevas, acceso para lavadora / secadora, baño completo con bañera, sala de estar, 1 cama queen y 2 camas individuales, 2 camas matrimoniales, futón doble extraíble, TV por cable, internet y parrilla de propano. El tanque de propano estará presente, sin embargo, no se proporciona propano. También hay un patio al aire libre con cenador, luces y asientos al aire libre para asar, comer, pasar el rato y una ducha al aire libre para enjuagarse después de un día en la playa. Three problems. Noisy people in other units of building. Appliances were very inefficient. And minor note-the street is i street,not1 street. Confusing to find it.

The cottage we originally booked had an issue with the guests before us and he had to change our location. The cottage he found for us was bigger and very clean and just as close to the beach in a central location. Will definitely go back next year if either place is available. Had a great stay!!

There was plenty of room for the 6 of us. Beware that there is no bedding, or enough towels for showering. The unit could use a deep cleaning, but overall it was good. There were issues with parking at the rental, but luckily they have an extra lot that is close by.

Location is great, accommodations as advertised. Parking cost extra after 1 space for 3 bedroom unit and I was told to not park in driveway right in front of the property. No problem with this policy, except I was one of the few following the parking policy? 4 -5 cars parked in the driveway the whole stay. Can’t use basketball hoop with cars parked there. I was told driveway was for handicap only. Why were cars parked there my entire stay?

Great location right across the street from the beach, a little tough to find but property managers gave good directions. Place was clean, but make sure to bring plenty of towels and sheets like they say in the listing. Was super bummed the outdoor shower wasn’t hooked up. Overall good experience

Amazing location! We were so close to the beach we didn’t have to wear shoes. The parking can be a challenge if you are trying to explore other parts of New England, but we mostly stayed put for the main attraction, the beach. Everything and everyone was easygoing. It made for a very relaxing stay.

The location was great besides waking up to construction every morning. The place was out dated and dirty. Trash under the broken futon. The refrigerator didn’t keep anything cold had to keep all food and drinks in a cooler. Trash under two out of three beds. The parking set up was horrible. I go to Hampton Beach every year and this was the worst place I’ve stayed.

We decided to take a last minute 3 day vacation to Hampton Beach and this property was perfect. Centrally located and walking distance to everything Hampton Beach has to offer. The unit was very clean, cozy and well stocked with everything we needed. Matt made our checkin/checkout process smooth and he was kind enough to allow us to keep our car parked after checkout so we could enjoy the beach a little longer on our last day. I highly recommend this property and we can’t wait to come back next year!

The property was great, everything Mr. Matt said it would be and more. Our only difficulty was finding a pet friendly area for our dog to do his business. The area is not the place for dogs during the season, the property is! Matt is a wonderful host and we look forward to going back in the off season.
