The location was great and the cottage itself was very clean. The owners were also very responsive. Thank you for a great stay!

It was the right size, with the right amenities and in a perfect location. Close to great restaurants The Olive, Molly’s, Mission and Guava Beach Cafe. The coffee shop next door gets you up early, but so close to enjoy fresh coffee each morning. We really enjoyed our stay!

Property was clean and comfortable. The location is the best if you want to walk to restaurants, bars, beach and bay all within a few blocks. Can be a little noisy at night and early in the morning. Thank you! We enjoyed our stay!

Fun little cottage and loved the coffee shop neighbor

The rental process was smooth. The owner/host was always very quick to respond to any questions. The home was clean and well stocked with towels and kitchen items. They had a lovely bag of waters and snacks when we arrived, which was really appreciated. Parking was tricky. We were never lucky enough to get street parking. We always had to park in a parking lot that was a bit of a walk from the property. It wasn’t an issue except when it came to loading and unloading for our arrival and departure. The location is great, it was a quick and easy walk to the bay or the ocean. There is a delicious coffee place right by the property. It is convenient, however, the noise from the coffee place woke me up each morning since it is quite close by. Overall, we would stay here again, we would just pack less since we had to walk a bit with our luggage.

Loved the proximity to the beach. Cottage was very clean and well stocked. The biggest drawback was noise level. Coffee shop opens very early and bar across the way closes very late. Bring white noise or use the fan to help with this. The second bedroom is very awkward as the bed is against the wall. These are minor but FYI. Thanks Molly and team for a nice stay!

there was so much around us to keep us busy. the place was very cozy and comfortable. it was the perfect size for us and just a walk away from the beach. the owner responded fast and was able to help with any of my questions. i would defs stay here again

Amazing location. Steps away from the beach, coffee shops, and great food. Check in was easy. Property manager was responsive and left us with great recommendations.

This is the perfect little place to be in the middle of everything Mission and Pacific Beach have to offer.

Was an amazing place to stay with our family. Parking was a little tricky and you had to stay on top of it but we got a close spot every day and stayed all week. My family had a blast and walked all over the place.

We loved it, perfect location! Here is some tips for next groups. Parking can be a pain but we found it is free on bayside (just walk down Portsmouth from condo to bayside and look right) there is free overnight parking there with wheelchair parking too. Also, if you need your Starbuck it is a really long walk to Belmont to get it. Recomend taking a public scooterd or the bikes, yes they cost $$$ but the cheapest one is the bike version (Wheelz) but if you don't want to do that there is a coffee place 3 buildings down called the Buzz on the same side as the condo (Perfect for the kids too, they have hot chocolate and chocolate croissants for them) Also 4 doors down and across the street was a mom and pops liquor/convenience store, so if you need more ice,milk, etc... As far as the condo, it was very nice inside had everything we needed. They provide beach towels, extra pillows, and have fans in the room. I myself am going threw hot flashes so I brought my own fan for in my room to be more comfortable. So if you are always a hot person bring a small one with you. We also had my friends grandson (age 9) come the last minute with us and he slept in a sleeping bag on the floor in the bigger room. So plenty of room. We will definitely be staying here again in the future. Ps. bring a sweatshirt and sweatpants for at night and on the beach no matter what season it is or you will definitely be buying one there if you don't. Already miss it. Thanks Alicia

We had a wonderful time at our stay at our vacation beach house in Mission Beach, San Diego. The house was very clean and well supplied for cooking. It was also in a great location with many stores and restaurants close by. And it was a block away from the ocean one way and a block from the bay the other way. The owner was a pleasure to work with and was very responsive to all of our needs. Would definitely recommend this beach vacation rental.

We loved our stay at Molly’s place in Mission Beach. We enjoyed the proximity to the beach, the nearby cafe with great coffee and the beach toys for the kids. And of course the lovely welcome basket was a bonus! We only missed a laundry, but this was more my misunderstanding.

The place was super clean and is surrounded by really good restaurants. Molly ensured we had all the info and was available incase we had any questions. Overall a great stay!

Great location on a quiet court and just steps to Mission bay boardwalk and just across street from Pacific Ocean boardwalk. Host had welcome bevs/snacks in fridge. Great coffee kiosk 10 ft away and bike rental just 2 blocks. Walking distance to restaurants and such. My only feedback is that I wish there were beach chairs to use.

Great location just be ready to hunt for parking or use alternative transportation.

Great little beach cottage close the ocean and bay. Tons of little shops and restaurants within walking distance. Exactly what we were wanting for this vacation!!

Get time rest and relaxation

The location is perfect. Both the bay and the ocean steps away. Coffee shops and food steps away as well. Pet friendly was a key for us as our typical place is not pet friendly. Molly was great weather was even better
