Great stay over Memorial weekend. Very easy check in, check out process. Enjoyed the pool and golf cart. We recommend the golf cart for ease of getting beach chairs, umbrellas and coolers to the beach. Main level was spacious too.

We loved it. We really enjoyed 2+ months as snowbirds. Sunny side Villa is exactly that with its south-facing open living room/dining room/kitchen and big balcony/porch; well-manicured backyard with pool, hot tub, covered grill area.

The location was a short walk to beach access 95, which great as you avoid the larger crowds towards the resort/condo areas. The pool and hot tub were nice additions. The pool is not heated so it was a little cool for our liking but did spend some time relaxing in the chairs on the sun shelf. Overall great experience and would not hesitate to return to this property in the future.

We also rented the golf cart so that we could get around easily without taking the car and it worked out great. It’s close to a great beach.

We were n town for our oldest son’s wedding. The house was welcoming very nice for a family. We had 8 people total and we were comfortable. We would def stay there again.

We loved our stay here!! We travelled with our fur babies, and there was plenty of room for them to run around in the backyard. The pool was large and so nice for relaxing after we had been to the beach! Our ten-year-old had an awesome time in the pool. There is also a very nice hot tub. We didn't use that much on account of the heat, but it would definitely be nice in the cooler months or at night. In terms of the location, it is a few miles away from Panama City Beach, where most of the restaurants are located, but we actually enjoyed that, because the beach was far less crowded than it was in Panama City Beach, and it was only about a 15-25 minute drive to most of the places we went out to eat. The beach is within easy walking distance, but it does get a little long with all of your beach gear. So I do recommend renting the golf cart, as it makes that a breeze! The only complaint we had, and this is a small thing, there weren't enough towels in the house for us to shower everyday without having to do laundry every day, and we just don't love doing that much laundry on vacation! But it was very doable! We would go back!

The stay and location was wonderful!! Quiet neighborhood and everything look like pictures.. the only complaint was the Dog hair in and on the Master bedroom Bed!!! This is a pet friendly home... but the sheets should be free of pet hair!!!

We spent our family vacation at Inlet Beach Heights & it was perfect for us! The house, yard & pool were all well maintained . The house is decorated so nice, very clean and comfortable for our family of 8 adults. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking meals in & of course the outdoor grill was an extra bonus. The best feature for us was the outdoor pool!! The weather didn’t cooperate for our trip but it was easy when there was a break in the rain to just head out to the backyard and enjoy the pool and yard! Plenty of seating in the backyard also. And of course the beach is just a few minutes walk. It’s located close to all there is in Panama as well as right next to Rosemary Beach. We will definitely be back for another vacation!!

We had a great time! The house was clean, beautifully decorated and easy to get to. The pool was an awesome addition for my girls!! They enjoyed having the pool all to themselves! We loved using the golf cart to go to the beach access and to explore!! The property manager was helpful and very easy to communicate with!! You know that feeling after you’ve been at the beach all day and you just want to relax by the water but don’t want to be around 100 other people? This is the perfect house to take away that anxiety. We were a group with 3 sets of adults and two 4 year olds. It was a perfect size for us. The open floor plan upstairs was bigger then I thought it was going to be based on the pictures. We had our parents over a couple of nights for dinner and there was still plenty of room especially with the balcony out front. We used the golf cart and it was very convenient for hauling tents, chairs and toys. Overall, we had a really great time with this house.

My grandchildren loved having their own private pool. The beach is very accessible and the golf cart is definitely a plus. The management staff is VERY easy to work with. They are always very personable. We can't wait to stay here again next year!

Wish it would have already been clean. Also, maitance couldn’t figure out how to fix the lights outside in the back and in the pool. Luckily, my husband was able to fix them. There were also a lot of ants around the pool area. My son ended up with a few bites. The golf cart came in handy for going to the beach but it was a little pricy. The beach was amazing and not over crowded at all.

Reviewer Comments: House was beautiful, brand new, close to beach, golf cart was great, neighborhood street a little run down, surrounding houses not nearly as nice, house next door was an eye sore, looks to be possibly being renovated, house on opposite side was nice and new. Nice balcony but not nice view of neighborhood. And Dogs barking was a bit of a disturbance, but if you bring your pet and are a dog person it may not bother you. We had landscapers come at 9 am without notice and was disappointed but we were told they “don’t normally come when guests are there”. We also had the smoke detectors go off in the middle of the night 2 nights in a row but I’m sure that was just a fluke. In some ways we loved this property in other ways it didn’t feel peaceful and quiet. Also rental company never got back to us in regards to the disruption of landscapers in the backyard as we were going out to the pool in our swimsuits, which was a tad uncomfortable! Thought we would of heard back from them but never did. Overall the house itself was nice though.
