We truly enjoyed this home in every way. The detailed instructions were easily followed and made all aspects of the trip simple. One suggestion- PLEASE GET AN ELECTRIC CAN OPENER FOR THE KITCHEN. The manual one is “shot.” :)

The house was beautiful and as represented in the photos. Our group only had nine people total, including five children, so there was more than enough space and rooms. The kitchen is well stocked with a lot of necessities. However, if you cook a lot like we do and you're able to pack it, I'd recommend bringing an extra baking sheet or frying pan, etc. to make cooking easier/more timely. Communication with the owner was good and the management system used is probably the best I've experienced when renting.
If I had to nitpick, I'd say the lack of a garbage disposal in the sink is odd. It just adds a layer of complexity in cleaning after cooking. There are a few other things I'll address with the owner and don't need to be broadcasted, but they're the reason for the four-star rating.

We booked this house last minute since we wanted to do a getaway with my parents, sisters and their family. The salt water pool was great and the water was nice and warm for the little kiddos. The house had plenty of space and the beds were very comfortable. The walk to the beach was an easy walk and you can see that water from the top two floors since the house wasn’t ocean front. However, the views in the back were amazing especially during the sunset. House was extremely clean, came equipped with an Xbox to keep kids entertained in the evening.

Amazing location and views, home is well appointed, comfortable furniture, plenty of space for all! Keyless entry for the doors and elevator made it extremely easy. Home was clean and owner was very nice and responsive to book, sending directions and instructions in an easy form, and making sure we had everything we needed. Thank you!

My family and I booked this as a last min getaway. It was perfect. Place was well maintained and host was super responsive when we had any questions. We loved it so much that we are looking book a week later this year.

I feel we were among the first guests with this new build at Topsail. There were a few issues that all new builds have, but the property managers were very responsive and helpful. The house has excellent views both east toward the Atlantic, and amazing sunset views to the west. I would stay here again.

What an amazing find! We were traveling through the area, saw this listing and decided to check it out for a few days. It's way more house than we needed, but we were scoping out a place for a future family reunion. Did we ever hit the jackpot! This house has an ELEVATOR, which means grandparents can join without issue. The decor is upscale and beachy, but also really comfortable. We really enjoyed the beautiful views (is it crazy that I actually love the sound/marsh even more than the ocean?) as well as the house. It wasn't beach weather when we were there so we made the most of the property itself and just loved it. The kitchen is really well stocked. It is a short walk to the beach access and the beach is lovely. We can't wait to return in summer season with siblings/cousins/grandmother.
