Friendly and efficient staff.

Breakfast could be better , more variety. 5th floor had work going on so a once off slight complaint.

this property is in a great location but should either be demolished or rebuilt

very dated, tile work in the bathroom is very rough and old dust everywhere

hotel is now needing some tlc. this is our 3rd time at this hotel . we used to think it was ordeal with a lovely breakfast .fab staff and great location, but the bedrooms are really tired and shabby . towels are a horrible brown and smelled like vinegar . made the bathroom look even worse . although I must say the cleaners are excellent . cleaned our room everyday. the breakfast isn’t as good as it was no juice , only cornflakes for cereal choice and not a lot in the cooked section . we loved the freshly baked Portuguese Tarts in a morning but these aren’t available anymore.

Excellent location - McDonald's walkable distance, 5 mins walk to the beach and to the marina.. Wonderful staff and pool side facility. Breakfast was amazing and the bar was very well stocked with huge variety and reasonably priced. Bathroom in my room was excellent. I would be very happy to stay here again.

It is on the expensive side considering the very outdated furnishing in the rooms. It has a very 80s feel and in dire need of refreshing. Exposed wires behind the bed, moulded in one corner of the bedroom. We had ant issues when we arrived, there was ants on the bed, called the reception and due to no housekeeping available at this time of the night, they gave us bug spray though this did solve the problem as we saw no ants afterwards.

the pool and the reception area. receptionist was very friendly and helpful too. my room was nice and modern others were not like this though.

the beds were like sleeping on bricks, the cleaners, they knocked on the door, I told them to come back in 10 minutes. they waited outside and in this time my room mate had come back and she had to get ready. so we said another 10/20 minutes. they waited outside again and knocked 4 times in 25 minutes. in the end I just told them to come in and clean around us. I also asked if the second bed could be made up in my room as we wanted to sleep in seperate room. and she just threw the blankets on the bed for me to do myself. Then the next day, same thing, she made one bed, but left clean sheets on the second bed.

Fabulous stay we was made very welcome from the start .
