Lovely location close to downtown Palm Harbor, clean and comfortable home. Would rent again.

Stayed here with 3 kids under 10. The owners thought of almost everything- power strips where you need them, kitchen has everything you need, nice kcup unit, dish detergent, Saran Wrap (needs ziplock bags), laundry detergent pods are there too. Couple of things that were annoying though- you pay an extra $75/day to be able to heat the pool and hot tub, but after a couple of hours it gets reset to cold (the owner has the app and adjusts it remotely, or has it set to an economy mode maybe). So you get back to the house after the beach and the hot tub is at 91, instead of 99 like you left it. Or I’d go out in the morning and both pool and hot tub are cold, even though I set it up to be heated at 6am. When you heat the pool, the hot tub gets cold. You can’t heat them both at the same time. I felt this was an outrageous additional cost for a half-heated experience. Backyard seating needs an upgrade. Picnic table is rickety (rocks to one side when you sit), the 4 poolside chairs were unusable (torn or worn out). It could really use a nice patio table and chairs and umbrella. We tried using the camping chairs and the tommy Bahama beach tent thing, they’re all broken. Basketball hoop was great to have, note: the rim is bent. They did a nice job renovating the inside of the house but the outside stuff is all second hand. Owner, please note the AC filter in the hallway wall is full of dust, as if it’s never been changed. The air quality unit in the entryway is also full of dust. We were all waking up congested each morning. Overall, the place is great, the location is great, just needs a few improvements.

This is a great house. Would absolutely stay here again. Zero complaints. You won't be sorry.
