Really enjoyed the apartment. View was beautiful, place was perfect to hang out with our college kids. Location was great, no issues with parking. 6th floor with no elevator confirmed how out of shape some of us were, but worth it for the space. Minimalist, classy decor made us feel fancy. Had every type of coffee making apparatus for every snobby level, including the plain ol keurig. Much appreciated!

Thank you Kristen and team for all the "above and beyond" attention that you bestowed on us. The condo was perfect, convenient, and the service outstanding. We'll be back and will choose Cozy again and again.

We were in town for a Chiefs game, got a super quick Uber to the game and a ZTrip ride back!

Have stayed at this property multiple times. Fabulous! However the elevator is broken and that was not great

This place is GORGEOUS. What a lovely location and retreat after walking around the area all day, or experiencing the Nelson Museum literally across the street.
HOWEVER, please note that the listing says the elevator has been out for months. I missed this and the property owner was still apologetic and offered a discount. Very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend. Plus, you'll get to skip leg day at the gym!!

Loved this space for our production. Unfortunately did not know elevators have not been working for quite awhile! Tenants in the building were relaying how many short renters were shocked to learn there were no elevators. Did receive a partial refund given the lack of communication in advance. That said, place is lovely with terrific location and views of the Nelson!

Great location and the condo was clean and met our needs. Only issue was elevator was broken so we had to walk up 6 floors.

We enjoyed our stay. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable and the AC worked great. The views were great and look forward to visiting the museum across the street next time.
