Great location to pick up and take out family members flying into Dulles. Apartment was part of a complex composed of families and young people. Security was wonderful. A marsh fed by a creek was behind the property and the view was beautiful.

Booking did not do a good job of making sure I had my notifications. But the property owner was patient and helped me find where the notifications were noted on the Booking website on the day I checked in. I passed on to the owner that Bookings homepage was not accurate in communicating when and where to pay.

It was within walking distance of bus lines. It was within driving distance of restaurants, grocery stores, and services. It was close to Washington Dulles Airport. It was quiet. Parking was good although expensive. The community is nestled within beautiful trees.

Maintenance entered at 4am and again while we were gone. Disturbing. Didn’t like not knowing they could enter in our absence. The couch/living room chair and pillows contained feathers. Every time you sat on it more feathers came out. They got on your clothes, all over the floor, this was terrible. There were a few things that were inconvenient that could be remedied with $10-$20 at The Dollar Tree. The kitchen had no cutting board. This made things difficult when cooking/even making sub sandwiches. A cutting board can easily be purchased at the Dollar Tree. For those staying for a while, hangers in both closets would be nice. There were just a few hangars in one closet, you can get a pack of 10 for $1-$2 at the Dollar Tree and it would be very nice. A few extra towels would be nice. The bathroom is so large, a small two shelf bookshelf for toiletries or clothes when showering would be nice. Again, a cheap addition, that would be nice. There was no hot water in the bathroom sink, or you had to run the water for 10 minutes to get it warm, it didn’t always work. Hard to wash your face with ice water. These are just a few suggestions that would add a little bit to the unit that I would appreciate if I stayed there again. Thanks!

Almost everything you could need or want was provided!:):) I believe there was even a mosquito-repellent candle out on the balcony but my friend and I had no lighter/matches. Otherwise, wonderful stay

Very comfortable and clean apartment, plenty of space, modern amenities.

Kitchen and bathrooms were clean and had all the basics. Only suggestion is that they could have used a few extra niceties: wine glasses, pot holders, extra toilet paper rolls, shampoo/conditioner, hand soap. Otherwise they were well stocked.
