The loft was comfy and the amenities were nice. Lots of towels, beautiful bathroom. Single access to get into the loft.

Great location and set up. Clean.
When we bathed, the water smelled like rotten eggs. The entire loft smelled like sulfur. I communicated with the representative who said a maintenance team would be there within the hour. No one showed up. I made contact again the next day and was informed no one would be coming to the location and the problem would not be fixed. Apparently the water heater needs to be replaced. So I smelled like eggs for 3 days. I was told that I would be monetarily compensated, and after many attempts, no one can confirm that I will be.
