We have installed exterior security cameras for the safety of both guest and property. These cameras are actively recording only video but not audio around the perimeter of our house. Any tampering with cameras, including, but not limited to covering and otherwise disabling of these cameras are grounds for early termination of reservation with no refunds whatsoever

It is possible, but not likely, to see deers, black bears, snakes, lizards, spiders, raccoons, feral cats, coywolf, and other wild animals as well as all kinds of bugs that are common in this type of climate. Per Vrbo listing requirement, we are required to notify you of possibility of encountering a dangerous animal on this property. We have a pest control service to deal with these creatures.
