Wonderful home for our group of 9 ladies - lots of sleeping space and plenty of bathrooms! Very clean and fully stocked kitchen for hosting wine and cheese night.
The only complaint is that while the upstairs bedrooms were hot, the basement bedrooms were cold - not able to regulate the heat throughout the house evenly. Plenty of blankets for the basement sleepers though - and mother menopausal women slept downstairs 😂

Close to town and easily walked on nice days. Comfortably slept 15 people. Rental company communicated quickly to address all our questions and supported us every step of the way. Very accommodating.

The check in process was seamless. They even went above and beyond by giving recommendations on where to park overnight since we had so many cars. The place was brand new, super cute and in a great location!

We enjoyed everything about the stay. The house was very accommodating for all 11 of us. Location couldn’t have been any better. The quantity and spacing of beds and bathrooms was just what we needed. There are 2 gathering areas but we only used the upstairs one since we didn’t do much TV watching, but mostly games together around the table or coffee table. It was well supplied, neat & the laundry room was great so we didn’t have to go home to a lot of dirty laundry. Would definitely stay again.

The house was clean, lovely, lots of cozy touches. Patio was small but fit 10 of us to visit. Responsiveness of Simple Life was outstanding! Thank you , this was the perfect place for family and friends to gather.
