Edina has equipped the well-located unit with the amenities and comforts of home. Buses are a short walk away, as is a grocery store. Had a great stay while exploring Vancouver and area.

We stayed at this place for 3 nights. Some positives- 1. Hosts are good and they responded to our requests in a timely manner 2. Good location and close to a beach area Some areas of improvement- 1. No dishwasher. With family, it is natural to have dirty dishes and i clearly missed out that dishwasher was not listed in the listing. 2. Limitation on using washer. This was a surprise because we came to know about this only 3 days before our trip. Naturally it was difficult to change the reservation then. Reason given was that it impacts water pressure and heat - fair enough but then why charge extra for additional run. And it was not clear how much is additional charge. I wish this was clearly put on the listing. 3. Bedroom mattresses are uncomfortable. Someone else also provided this type of review but me and my family slept on the floor after the first night. Recommend changing the mattresses

A clean unit that's in a great location. Sadly we decided to cut our stay short due to all of us not being able to sleep in the unit with particular attention to the uncomfortable beds.

Nice little unit. Unit is two bedrooms, not 3. The couch does not pull out, it is a sleeping mat, single bed size, you put on the floor with sheets. This was fine for one of my kids. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. There is not much prep area but that's okay. Full size washer and dryer was nice. They had shampoo, conditioner, liquid soap for the shower and lotion, all nice additions. I wish I had known, I wouldn't have brought mine. Be aware, the ceilings are low, at 8 feet and the floors step down or up in many areas, small incline or decline, so watch your toes. We were ok but stubbed them a few times. They have two small children and try really hard to keep them quiet, they do a good job but you will hear them walking around. We were fine but if you are a light sleeper, this may bother you. Only one screen on the windows, it was in the bathroom, not a major issue but if from the states this might bother you. Nice front deck with a table, 4 chairs, an umbrella and two lounge chairs to view the boats and ocean. Owner was very nice and prompt to respond. There was a little confusion about if a lockbox was going to be used or just leave door unlocked with a key inside at check in. Minor issue. Again the owners are very respectful of your privacy. They are quick to respond and have tried to think of everything to make your stay very pleasant. I would highly recommend staying here.

This unit is extremely clean and inviting. Despite being a basement apartment it has sufficient natural light. It is ideally located to travel into Vancouver, north to Whistler and the other surrounding areas. The Park Royal is just 5 minutes away that has plenty of restaurants, a grocery store and shopping. The only disappointment was the uncomfortable beds and pillows. Also please note that a young family live upstairs and you do hear them.

Really well situated, 3-4 km. from Stanley Park, the Sea Wall and downtown Vancouver. Should have dimer to control the strength of the light. Cable TV would be and ad. Very clean.
