This listing was perfect for our family. The fenced in backyard was great for the dogs. Living room was very comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked and we did a lot of cooking.

Our family was able to travel and be together for the weekend. This house was perfect for the five of us and our dogs. The fence in backyard was perfect for them.
Everyone was very comfortable, the decor was cute and cozy.
The extra touches are just thoughtful, the charging stations in the bedroom, the spices, sandwich baggies, and aluminum foil was just a bonus for what a traveling family might need, but forgot to get at Publix.
The house is a great location to some of our favorite restaurants in downtown Johnson City.
We had an awesome weekend and thank you again for sharing your home with us.

I loved the fenced in backyard. It could use some maintainance, but it was still delightful. It was so nice to spend time on the covered patio. The beds were very comfortable. We would definitely stay again.

So cute, house worked perfect so we each had own room, large dining table allowed game nights to be perfect, clean and close to freeway, amazing back yard retreat. Communication was easy with owner. Wpuld definitely stay again

We had the best weekend on this property. Everything you might need is supplied and ready to use, the back yard was private and perfect for after dinner conversation and relaxing. The host was incredibly accommodating and easy to reach prior to check-in. We will absolutely be back!

We traveled for a wedding with family living in Johnson City, TN. This house was just perfect for me, my sisters and their husbands. The home owner communicated timely and the house was lovely, clean and very well stocked with everything we needed. The backyard is so cute with a covered patio to enjoy sitting outside to listen to the nighttime noises and just relax. The backyard has beautiful wildflowers and attracts beautiful birds and butterflies, even saw a hummingbird enjoying the nectar of a flower. Conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood but within minutes of stores, restaurants and recreational activities.

We were in Johnson City for a softball tournament. It was a relaxing place to come back to after the games. Close to historic downtown which had many delicious restaurants. Very close to a state park for some hiking. We really enjoyed our stay.

Our Host, Laurie, was terrific with her communication and kindness. She left the light on for our night arrival time and ensured we had a comfortable temperature in the house. We enjoyed the updated decor of the home, the easy-to-use TVs, and the nature that surrounded the property. We wanted to play the bean bag toss that was provided but did not have time. Thank you, Laurie!!

This rental has all the comforts of home. Enjoyed the peaceful backyard with many birds. So many amenities with the home..didn’t have to buy a thing.

Beautiful property with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Loved waking up to the birds first thing in the morning. Hosts were friendly and easy to communicate with. I am sad that this place won't be available when we return in the fall & winter because this would've been our home away from home when we visit our son at East Tennessee State University.

My family and I felt so cozy inside the house and it was a perfect location to where my husbands family was located as well! Laurie was very accommodating and did a very good job decorating her place. The dog absolutely loved the backyard and was very happy! We would come back for sure the next time we visit TN!

This was the best choice we could have made. Safe, quiet, established neighborhood. Grocery store close by. Very clean and well equipped. Fabulous fenced in back yard with covered patio. Hosts were very communicative and easy to work with. I would recommend this property to everyone.

We felt right at home in this ranch VRBO! The owner had lots of little extras to make us comfortable. Lovely backyard.

This house has a cozy feeling when you walk in the door. The back yard would be beautiful in the summer, but even in the winter it was lovely to sit out back. Conveniently located within a couple of miles of hiking trails. We really enjoyed our stay. Our little Shiba Inu dog loved the house as well.
