Kids LOVED the game room and the upstairs bedroom. Was in a nice neighbor hood, quiet and clean.
Only complaint, couldn’t figure out the high tech AC thermostat. So we stuck to the good ol, window units that were in the house and they worked just fine!

The house is very old, but renovated. Most of the renovations are good. The stairway to the upstairs could use a little more attention. The smallest of the two upstairs bedrooms opens into the other bedroom, so privacy may be an issue, but we could have lived with that.
The thing that made us drive on was that the smallest bedroom upstairs was hot. There is no central air conditioning, but there are window air conditioners. The smallest room had no window air conditioner, and no screen, so the window couldn't be opened to allow circulation. I couldn't ask any of my family to sleep there.

So, came in at 4pm on a Friday. A/C set at 67°, 76° in the house. Granted they reapoonded quickly but the solution was a window unit and a bunch of duct tape. Just one window unit. Next was the ants in the kitchen. Lots and LOTS of ant baits around and still ants in the kitchen the whole time. Water in the shower has two temps, hit and off. Be careful, my husband got burned. Lawn not mowed until the day before we left which was Mothers Day so that was inconvenient as i was hosting lunch and dinner. Will not be back.

Had a great experience at this super cozy house!! The back yard was perfect for our pups!! The house was cute and comfy, sat on the deck and played games and had a fire one night. Will definitely be back!
