Communication is bad. I had to ask for the code for access which I only knew about when reading the reviews. They say its a 2 bedroom place but its only a one bedroom. (1 bedroom and 1 living room with a 3/4 wall in between the bedroom and living room. Although I did email about the 2 bedrooms I got no response. I had to book 2 male colleagues into this place which was very inconvenient for them.

The room was Ok fit for purpose and tidy. However, the owners need to ensure that the clients have all key collection info (well) prior to the start of the holiday to minimise destress on day 1. Not being able to contact anyone to quell our anxiety for over an hour was not great. Although listed in the description of room features. The room didn’t have a kitchenette. The toaster, advised by a note on the wall in the entry way, had apparently been removed due to sensitive smoke detector, which had been disabled by placing a plastic bag over it. A bag of wooden utensils 2 mugs, 2 glasses and 2 wine glasses and 3 teaspoons not suited for a family of 5 for 9 days. No sheet or towel changes for the entire time. additional beds were pull out divans. Air con didn’t work which was reported without response. Rubbish after 5 days was told to just leave in the hall. The room overlooked the pool which was not accessible due to it being a night club that operates Friday through to Sunday. No good for tired little ones. Again, the room was ok and priced as such, we were disappointed about no operating kitchenette which was a requirement for us, and the poor basic hygienic housekeeping short falls. Customers like us save for a year or more and the description of the room after price, shapes the anticipation of what the holiday experience may be. Non-disclosure or inaccuracies with descriptions does affect both Customer and providers experiences

A joke, would be the best way to describe it. You stay in a room at the mantra on view, but you don’t stay with the mantra on view. It is a private room within the motel. No Check in service. No front desk access when there are problems. No house keeping on daily basis. The room was originally one room at some stage. Most likely a king room. It now has a 3/4 hight false wall and is calling itself a two room apartment. The swimming pool displayed in add is a seperate business next door. The business is an outdoor night club, so no access for families, and the noise till late. Lucky for us it was only open later in the week - weekend, as we were there Monday to Thursday night we only had one night of this. Would not recommend to anyone ever.

The room was very tidy and clean. The king size bed was comfy. Block out curtains were nice for the surrounding lights of Surfer's Paradise. The kitchenette and microwave were very handy. We stayed on a Saturday night and the adjacent "Cali Club" was very noisy (even from the 11th floor). Thankfully they turned the music down at 10pm but it was still quite loud. Other than the noise the location was great! Very close to lots of shops, restaurants and the beach was only a few steps away.

Definitely be staying again
