This house was perfect for us! My husband and son had races at the track right up the street! The house was clean and conveniently located! We will definitely stay here again!

Me and my family loved staying here! It is a quick trip to the river. We ended up getting stuck in a storm and played games and watched movies. We really enjoyed our stay!

What a fabulous home and even better Host! This home was perfect for me, my husband & our 2 Golden Retrievers. Only a short drive to the Jack Smith Launch Ramp. We easily could have accommodated more in our group considering we didn’t even use the other side of the home which has 2 good sized bedrooms and a full bathroom, but it was just us this trip. From the kitchen to the bathrooms this place is fully stocked. We always bring extras (paper plates, paper towels, toilet paper, pillows, etc..) when we Vrbo, but we didn’t need to bring any extras out at Mandy’s home. A big garage & driveway made it very easy to park. Gate access to the large backyard makes it easy if you want to store your trailer. There’s also plenty of street parking in front & on the side of the home. This is where we chose to park our full size truck & 34’ trailer. The backyard has big BBQ & a nice sized table with 4 chairs. There’s a fire pit (stocked with cut wood) surrounded by nice Adirondack chairs with bistro lighting around it. Can I tell you about the primary bed? A big beautiful King bed. It was so comfortable! And new pillows!! Not the yucky ones you’re used to experiencing that should’ve been thrown away a year ago. There were also plenty of fresh linens throughout. Communication with Mandy was a breeze. From questions I had before we booked, after, during our stay & checking out it was only a matter of minutes before we received a reply. We will definitely be back!

This house was stocked with everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable. There was a lot of space to relax and enjoy our stay. We loved staying here (one of my best experiences) and can’t wait to stay again. Mandy was very responsive and helpful.

Rancho Palo Verde Desert Oasis was the perfect spot for our river trip. The layout was great and the location was just right. 10 minutes to Jack Smith Park, 20 minutes to Topok 66 which was an amazing spot to launch our boat and eat, 30 min to Laughlin and 45 minutes to Lake Mohave. The house was clean, beds comfy and host friendly and responsive. Also we all felt it was a great value too. Will definitely be back again next year! Thanks for sharing your home with us.
