Great home is an amazing neighborhood. The home 3 doors down is listed for $2.9 million. The location is ideal for getting all around North Scottsdale. We also walked all the streets in the local neighborhood and it was perfect: large streets, great gardens, and lots of friendly neighbors. The house is laid out very well. It has a rooftop deck that views all over Scottsdale. The pool is really nice with a custom waterfall in a huge private yard. There is also a pickleball and basketball court. The furniture was new and laid out well. The kitchen was modern and had most things we needed. The owner lives a few miles away and helped us with a few things. Would definitely stay again.
