Alquilamos mensualmente durante el año académico cuando es un gran alquiler para URI o profesores de Salve, estudiantes de posgrado, profesionales de corto plazo, personas de Naval College o familias que desean aprovechar las maravillosas escuelas de Narragansett. Casa tiene plan de piso abierto y fresco, nueva cocina blanca agitador / granito, interior luminoso con claraboyas, techos altos y una chimenea de piedra. Patio grande con tumbonas, mesa de comedor / sombrilla y parrilla de gas. Arriba tiene un dormitorio loft reina americana, un dormitorio con dos camas individuales y un baño con un jacuzzi para 2 personas en relieve. En la planta baja tiene la sala de estar y áreas de cocina comedor, un nuevo y brillante baño de azulejos 3/4 y un dormitorio con una cama doble. El patio está al final de una calle tranquila: malvaviscos asados en la chimenea al aire libre en la noche. 1/2 milla a pie o en bicicleta a una playa de arena 'solo para la comunidad', o 3 millas (carril bici disponible) a la playa de Narragansett Town (más 4 otras playas dentro de los 10 min). Newport y el ferry Isla de bloque están a sólo 10 minutos de distancia. En las cercanías también se encuentran: alquiler de bicicletas / canoa / kayak, tenis, golf, actividades infantiles y la pesca.

Conveniently located, close to beaches and Newport etc. Everything worked, plenty of hot water Christiana the host was wonderful absolutely nothing to complain about, definitely would rent again. Bravo

Comfortable, cozy home away from home! We stayed here last year and enjoyed our trip back. Nice private beach and quiet area. Clean - owner is very nice to deal with. Thank you!

The property is clean and very roomy. Centrally located for Newport, Jamestown, Galilee and my personal favorite - Point Judith. The home is located in a very quiet neighborhood with a 3/4 mile walk to Kelly Beach. I would definitely recommend this rental.

Very cute, comfortable cottage. We enjoyed the privacy and quiet of the area but you don't have to travel far for activities, beaches, groceries, etc. The bathroom on the second floor is spa-like and beautiful. Lots of personal touches throughout. The bathroom downstairs could use updating. Which is the only reason I did not give 5 stars..

The property is just as it is pictured. So beautiful inside and outside. Quiet, yet close to everything. This was the perfect rental for our family. We brought our mother back to Rhode Island for vacation since this is where she grew up. Cristiana was wonderful to deal with and we would definitely stay here again. Absolutely loved it.

We had such a wonderful stay at this house. It is "picturebook" just as the description says, charming, clean and very nicely furnished-open and airy with skylights.
You can walk to a great family beach, but we also drove a couple of minutes to the town beach which is huge and beautiful with great surf. And we went to Newport when it was cloudy for the day (it's only 15 minutes away). The owner is very nice and great about providing lots of local information if you don't know the area.
We also enjoyed the patio and outdoor fireplace at night....and the jacuzzi tub upstairs was terrific! The street is very quiet and the yard was great for the kids and comes with bacci and croquet. This area is wonderful and a bargain at less than half the price (and traffic) of NY/NJ shore vacations we have taken before. Thank you for a wonderful new vacation spot, we will be back!.....M.F.
