We were very pleased with the property/house. The house and views were wonderful. Towels, supplies and accommodations were awesome. We enjoyed the views of the lake, the squirrels, deer and birds. House had everything we needed and was super clean. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

This cottage was a dream to stay in for the week. It had everything we needed and more. Definitely somewhere we would revisit on future trips to beaver lake. The house was quite spacious with four bedrooms, three of which had king-size beds. The communication prior to check-in was excellent, and we were provided all the information we needed upon arrival. They even provided a vase of fresh flowers, bottle of Moscato wine, Giradelli chocolates, and Fiji water bottles for our visit. There were plenty of supplies such as soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet, paper, laundry, pods, and more. We didn’t really want for anything. The kitchen was very well stocked with quality cookware, plates, glasses, and lots of utensils. The hosts even put fall decorations in the cottage. They provided quality kayaks, life vests, floating mats, and a lily pad. They really thought of everything. A very quiet cove with amazing views from the two tiered deck. Be sure to bring hood water shows as the shoreline is rocky and sharp in some places. Most of the lake is that way to help with erosion I would guess. Our tender footed dog struggled a bit. A short drive to hiking trails. It could take 30-45 minutes to reach the larger towns such as Rogers, Bentonville, and Eureka Springs. The curvy roads add the time but are beautiful in the fall. This place is a must visit, you will be hard pressed to find another VRBO in the area that is as comfortable, peaceful, and well taken care of. ❤️🤩😎

This location is one of the best lake houses we have stayed in. Beautiful lake house with the most amazing lake view. Easy access to the lake. The house is very well furnished and very clean. Owners were very responsive to all communication. Our plan is to book again next year in Oct.

Super views, clean nice place would recommend

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Clearview Cottage and Bill and Jen are fantastic responsive hosts. We were on the deck or at the lakeshore all the time. And the living room with the big windows was perfect on one rainy morning. The cottage has everything you need and more. The kayaks and camp chairs were wonderful and helpful. Be aware it is a windy road to get there but your destination is worth it! We will definitely be back!!!

From the moment you walk in the front door you are greeted with a panoramic view of Beaver Lake with the floor to ceiling windows! The home furnishings are beautiful and you feel right at home. The cottage has a fully stocked kitchen for cooking. The beds are comfortable also. There is lovely patio furniture to enjoy the magnificent views. You will not be disappointed in this lovely cottage!!

This house was absolutely amazing! My kids and I truly enjoyed all it had to offer. The pictures don’t do this place justice, you have to see it to experience the panoramic view of beautiful Beaver Lake ! Thank you so much! Would definitely come back again !

Home was great with an amazing view and wonderful access to the lake

This is a lovely house, situated in a quiet cove. It has all the amenities you could want. Well equipped kitchen, nice bbq, immaculate inside and out. Responsive, helpful owner. Quality water toys, kayaks and beach chairs. I regularly rent with VRBO and this property is easily a 5 star for the location and price. Enjoy!!

Absolutely beautiful view. This place was very unique for sure with it's octagon shape, loved it. Suggestions tho but wasn't a deal breaker.... Beds were way to hard in my opinion and kinda wished the yard was cut cause chiggers were bad. But overall we had a good weekend. Oh and loved loved loved the kayaks!

My family and I had a fantastic time in this well appointed immaculate house. Everything you need is right there. The lake views are spectacular. We swam twice a day in crystal clear lake water that was heavenly. In our time we went to the crystal bridges museum, eureka springs historic tram tour and rented a pontoon boat for a half a day…all amazing activities. We will definitely book this terrific house again next summer.

Our stay at this Lost Bridge property was terrific. The house provided everything we needed. Lots of towels, chairs, life jackets, and kayaks to enjoy the lake. It was extremely clean and well-cared for. We enjoyed all the outdoor living space including the multi-level deck and fire pit. Plenty of parking for our vehicles and boat. Two public access boat ramps about 10 minutes from the house. The owners were very nice to work with and quick to respond to questions. We would definitely stay again.

Our family had a fantastic vacation at Clearview Cottage! Amazing view of the lake, very comfortably furnished, plenty of lake toys. Everyone enjoyed the kayaks and the waterlily float. The photos do not do it justice. It is a beautiful house. We would definitely stay again!

My family and I stayed 6 nights and it wasn’t long enough! Clear View Cottage is a beautiful and unique little lakefront property. It is hard to find a nice rental property on Beaver Lake with amazing views AND such a nice pebble beach with easy access to the water. The house was very clean and well cared for. The booking process was simple from start to finish with great responsiveness from the hosts, making the whole process seamless. I highly recommend this property and we will be staying here again for our future Beaver Lake vacations!

This property was perfect for Memorial Day weekend. It had everything we needed and more!

The views from the house are spectacular and the amenities, too! There are plenty of gathering spaces inside and outside the house. The pictures really don’t capture the beauty of this property. We enjoyed the bonfire and kayaks and the sunrise was breathtaking! We would definitely book again.

The rental was perfect for our stay. It was a short trip but we had a great extended weekend. The house was very clean and had wonderful furnishings. The Kayaks were extremely nice and we had a great time on the lake. The view from the interior upstairs and downstairs was extremely beautiful and peaceful. The directions and entry to the house went smoothly. There is very good lighting which helped tremendously because we actually arrived after dark, in the rain. Eureka Springs is about 45 minutes away and Rogers is about 30 minutes. All roads were nice in the woodsy area and all roads were paved so it allowed safe driving especially at night in the dark rain. The Thai Food was our favorite in Eureka and Local Flavor Cafe was also very good. We figured out to use the trolly system in Eureka Springs. Parking is limited. There is also an amazing coffee shop in Rogers. It is the nicest coffee shop we had ever been in. It was huge! It was on Walnut and 2nd St. I think it was called Onyx. It had great coffee and pastries. We hope to return in the future! Thank you for letting us stay in your space. N.B from Oklahoma.

The house was great! Our only concern was the staircase. It was very steep and scary for little ones. It would be helpful to put in description! Bill was great to work with, we had a wonderful stay!
