The location and staff was very friendly

At First we went in a very small room and we noticed a strange smell. We asked for another room and staff was very polite and in the same time we changed the room

We arrived around 3 am and there was already someone at desk who helped us check-in pretty quick. The staff was very friendly and helpful during the whole journey. Great location (Very centric) and really good breakfast.

Shower didn't have a proper curtain or wall, so taking a shower means getting the whole bathroom area wet, which was a bit inconvenient. Other than that, all good.

I had booked a room for two nights. There was a plumbing problem the first night but the staff were very kind and moved me to a super room with an incredible view the next day

This was our third stay in Niki Hotel. This time we spent the New Year's Eve in Athens. The staff (especially Laura, I hope I got the name right:)) was so helpful about everything especially at finding tables. Every tavern/restaurant was packed due to holiday season. The location is perfect, you are very close to Plaka, Ermou Street is a minute away, Syntagma is around the corner... Though the hotel is at a very lively neighbourhood, the room was very quiet which is all you need after a long day in Athens...

The location was perfect and easy to find. Was warmly welcomed by staff and enjoyed my stay with them. Breakfast was scrumptious and lovely.

Excellent location - walking distance to the centre, key sites and public transport. Breakfast options were great and food was delicious - a great start to the morning. Staff were friendly and the room was comfortable and clean.

in the middle of everything

booked it because it was a vegan hotel. turns out it’s not. they have vegan options, but default to eggs etc for breakfast. tried to use the restaurant in the evening, but they turned me away as a solo diner. I booked a vegan hotel to save time. instead it took additional time to scramble and find food elsewhere
