Menu did not change

La Reserva Rotana is a little paradise in the heart of Mallorca. The facilities included sauna, pool, and even a driving range for golf! The staff was pleasant and extremely amenable to any requests. The dinner at the restaurant on site is a must! Lastly, the rooms were huge and extremely comfortable. This is one of the best stays we have had in our lives!

Excellent service, all staff (especially front desk) were so friendly and helpful. Food was very good (breakfast, lunch and dinner). Peaceful location and stunnibg countryside views. The building was like living in a museum, beautiful. Will definitely go back.

Shower screen not great so bathroom did get very wet.

It’s remote relaxing and free golf on doorstep. Servers sometimes struggled to meet peak demand at breakfast and it was very much the same every day. It was fine but not great. So much potential here but lacking leadership and a little investment.

So many hard working multi tasking members of staff but no manager or maitre de in evidence. We had five expensive evening meals in the restaurant. Booking golf tee times would make life so much easier as turning up randomly can lead to congestion. The food was prepared with care but portions meagre. Beef one night was two narrow pieces served with two baby potatoes cut in half and five mini peppers. Very tasty but a child's portion. All my five mains were served with exactly the same gravy/jus. Only a choice of two options each night so hard to eat here often. Given that two two course meals and a bottle of wine is going to cost around £100 it’s not good enough. We made allowances for covid effects. The staff are the jewels here but everyone needs good leadership. People we met (mostly German)have loved this place for years but are despairing at its current management. It’s four rather than five stars but there is much to like about a holiday here. Apeaceful escape and an easy drive to Manacor which is a working Mallorcan city. You do need a car.
