The property has amazing views, great location, very clean but the property management company that runs it It very absent and not helpful at all. When we arrived, there was no hot water. We called and texted the number given, and no one called us back. We were able to track down a neighbor who lived there, and they called the maintenance guy at the property to check on the water heater, which is located in a separate boiler room, not in the rental. He was able to restart the pilot light, so we had hot water. In the three days we were there they never called. We also called them a second time went the WIFI went out again no one called us back. As long as nothing goes wrong and you have to reach the property management company, it is a great place.

The poor response of the property management company. Very unresponsive when there is a problem. We would have had to leave if a neighbor hadn't helped us get hot water. Our calls were never answered.

I loved the location, right on the lake shore.

A ceiling fan in the bedroom would have been nice.
