Great house, great location, very good communication from the manager, very clean, everything we needed! We loved walking < 10 mins right into the Plaza. We recommend everyone eat at Tomasita's in downtown Santa Fe, they had excellent service and the best food of our trip!

There was plenty of space and areas to congregate as well as take some time away as needed. The outdoor back patio was perfect.

We were 9 family members (three families), ranging in age from 5 to 81, gathered for Christmas week . The bedroom arrangements worked perfectly for us, the two main downstairs rooms were great for sitting together and kids' projects, and since we decided not to have indoor dinners at restaurants, we were very grateful for the well-equipped kitchen. The hot tub was a huge hit, even on cold December nights.

We loved the house-the kitchen was incredibly well stocked-the best I’ve seen; the location was perfect (10 minute walk to the plaza); the hosts were the most responsive and helpful hosts we have ever had! We had 8 people from different families and were all perfectly comfortable (and the teens loved the hot tub). Seriously we couldn’t have asked for a better or more comfortable experience. Thank you!! We will be back!

We were 4 couples who met in Santa Fe for a week. Throughout the week, collectively and individually, comments were made about how much we all were so pleased with the house. The house was perfect for our stay! From the pictures, we were not sure about the space, but it was wonderful. We loved the back patio and used it multiple times for meals and happy hour. Cooking was a delight as there were so many pots, pans, utensils, etc. There was even a spice rack. Waiting for us on the counter was a gift bag with a lovely note, a box of candy, and a recipe book. What a nice touch. The location was perfect. It was walking distance to the plaza and a very short drive to the grocery store. The location also worked well for driving to museum hill and Canyon Road as well as the plaza for us who did not walk. One couple also walked to the Georgia O'Keefe museum from the house. And finally speaking of driving, there is a place to park off the street, although one car sometimes parked on the street. Thank you Kelly for your hospitality!

This house was perfectly situated - we enjoyed a morning run along Alameda and the “river” in the morning. We were able to easily get everywhere we wanted to in Santa Fe, either by foot or a short drive. And there was plenty to do while we were at the house also. The hosts were excellent. They left a folder of info, that was very helpful. They were very responsive. (We contacted them twice during our week, when a smoke alarm needed a battery replaced, and looking for corn hole bags. Our requests were responded to immediately!) We were just fine with them, but guests should be aware of a few things: one bedroom is up a circular staircase, so tricky with a heavy suitcase. One of the first floor bedrooms has the water heater in it, and it does make itself known when the water is turned on. The driveway is super narrow, so the driver will want to drop and pick up people after pulling in.

Kelly was easy to work with! Any questions were answered immediately! We loved the back courtyard for our morning coffees and our evening dinners. Our little dog LOVED the front porch in the mornings!! Can wallk to the Square and all the shops and restaurants! It was perfect!

We made full use of the house, with morning coffee on the deck, afternoon cocktails in the garden, and dinner prepared in the well equipped kitchen. The bedrooms are comfortable and the location is walking distance to the Plaza and shops. We would definitely visit again!

Loved the house, so quaint and convenient to everything. The beds were comfortable and the home had everything needed for our family of 6. We loved our stay in Santa Fe

This house was so cozy and super close to tone. the Kitchen was amazing and my husband and I loved the bedroom and privacy up stairs. We would stay here again with a large group, everyone had enough space to move around and still feel close.
