This apartment is a great deal in Providencicales. Mark was so helpful and answered all of our questions and gave us tips on where to eat and what to do. The apartment is close to a little private beach and is in a really nice safe area. It’s also close to everything. I would say you need a car as taxis are high. I’d recommend this place to anyone!

I had a great time at this property! The space was neat and clean and the right size for just me. The morning views of the sunrise off the deck were wonderful. I would definitely stay here again. A couple things to note, Babalua Beach is a bit rocky so water shoes are necessary but the views are just as beautiful as Grace Bay. Grace Bay is only an 8 minute drive/taxi ride away if preferred. Mark’s property is an excellent choice to get away, relax, take time for yourself and truly unwind! If traveling without a rental, keep in mind, taxis typically stop running around 9pm. You’ll need to befriend a taxi driver that will be available to you at later hours in the evening if you want to enjoy time away from the property. Enjoy!!!!!

Mark was great, kind and accommodating! The place is just as pictured and very clean. We felt safe knowing he and his wife were right above us. Great place if you’re looking to relax from the scene of it all. Beach view was amazing.

Such a wonderful place! All of the amenities were so new and clean and the rooms were so well designed with relaxing, beachy decor that it felt just like a hotel room. There's a beautiful view from the property all while being walking distance to a peaceful, quiet beach. The area is quiet and residential. It felt great to be away from the hustle and bustle of Grace Bay. The property manager, Mark, was accommodating and helpful. He was always responsive and attentive and helped us resolve any issues we had. He made sure to provide us anything we needed. There is a friendly dog, Moogli, that wanders around the property and surrounding homes that you will run into. If you spend time on the porch, there's a chance he'll lay down and hang out with you! He's such a sweet dog. My only suggestion is to rent a car to get around the island to save money on taxis. You'll have a great time here. You won't regret it!!!

Mark was an excellent and flexible host, also quick to respond. Me and my sister did book very last minute and he was still able to accommodate us. Him and his wife, who we met briefly, were very friendly and helpful. The stay was most importantly safe, and perks were that it was aesthetically pleasing (the tile in the kitchen/living room was stunning & the coral chandelier), and a close walk to what felt like a personal beach. The entire place was clean and up to date with a great small countertop stove and a fridge, local to many grocery stores, restaurants, shops, and other beaches. There is a neighborhood dog, that we were made aware of, who is very friendly, and a cute cat that came to visit. Me and my sister would absolutely stay here again if/when we visit TCI.

We had an amazing stay. Mark was extremely kind and accommodating. He would answer any questions we had quickly. The place was clean and very comfortable. There was everything you could need from pots and pans to towels, soap, shampoo, etc. the area was very easy to get around. There was neighborhood dog that was so sweet and would follow us around. Our flight ended up getting switched and Mark helped us find a stay for the additional night. Definitely recommend & would stay again!
