Although the house was neat and extremely clean, the main air conditioner was right next to the master bedroom and was so loud that we could not sleep in that room. We had to sleep in a smaller guest bedroom. The guest bathroom sink did not drain well and would fill up with water when we were brushing our teeth. The kitchen was great and the living room was spacious and comfortable.

This house was clean, well appointed, and centrally located. We were visiting family, so did not use the kitchen. Beds were comfortable, split units worked well, and we had everything we needed and more. Owner is friendly and a good communicator. Fran’s fried chicken, Flakowitz bagels, and Starbucks only a block away - what more do you need???

The house was very nice as shown. What made it more special was the welcome basket and bottles of water that Angelina left for us. Nice people.

I booked this property to provide a close location to FAU, while sending my daughter off to college. There was plenty of room for 5 guests to sleep comfortably. (a small twin was in one of the bedrooms that had a queen size bed as well). It was beautifully located across from Lake Wyman Park, with a circular driveway and ample parking in front of the home. The wall of sliding doors in the main area of the house provided great lighting and a view of lush landscaping with a BBQ & lounge chairs & table. It felt so tropical. The host provided everything necessary from a fully loaded kitchen with appliances, dishes, and all the comforts of home (Angelina even left snacks).Beach towels & chairs were also provided. Use of the washer and dryer was so convenient for our family. The property was extremely clean, had T.V.'s in all the bedrooms. The communication with the host was pleasant at all times. I would highly recommend this property. It might just be our go to for our future visits to FAU to visit our daughter for the next 4 years. Thank you Angelina for your hospitality. Ric & Cathy

This place was excellent coupled with an excellent host. Located on a cul-de-sac, very quiet, next to a beautiful park with lots of wide range in age options. Having two full bathrooms was critical for our 4 person family and there was plenty of space to hang out including the beautifully landscaped courtyard for outdoor seating on another sunny day in Florida. The publix grocery store was within a walking distance as were a few restaurants and downtown Boca was about a 20 minute walk featuring more restaurants, high end stores, and other interesting places. Beach was also about a 20 minute walk, but plenty of parking at beach to bring all of your stuff. Can't recommend this place more! Better than the pictures. Keep in mind most places (including Publix) close at 10pm.
