My son and I stayed at this property for 2 nights- and I booked it at the last minute, and both the property and property manager were first rate. The property has everything you need, is beautifully furnished, and located in a quiet tree-filled neighborhood in an area that is close to everything. We hope to be back some day!

This was a very nice location and , convenient to walk for coffee and nearby places. The host was Available and communicated all the details we needed for a Carefree stay at their property. We visited many areas of LA and this location provided easy access. The beds were very comfortable and enjoyed our stay.

Premium rate (NYE & Rose Bowl) and basic property. Excellent location. Spacious but minimal furnishings. Good dishwasher and washer dryer but no soap pods. No salt pepper sugar sweetener napkins or hand towels; the things that are helpful in vrbo rentals. Clean inside but windows are very dirty and plastic plants are dusty. Just basic.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay over Christmas. The neighborhood is quiet and lovely, and convenient to shopping, restaurants and museums. Our host stayed in touch with us during our stay, although we had no problems. The townhouse is comfortable and charming. We will definitely return.

Apartment was exactly as advertised. Quiet and friendly neighborhood. Easy access everywhere. Perfect spot for Santa Anita and LA. Host communication excellent, made sure all was ok. Easy check in and out.

Immaculately clean property. Ample space for family to spread out. Well appointed and very convenient to highway, groceries, and The Huntington. Very attentive and helpful host. Off-street parking was a real plus. Upper floor has view of mountains. Great stay for us.

Spacious and comfortable home in a lovely neighborhood. Had everything we needed. Super easy check in and check out. Appreciate that this owner didn’t ask us to do laundry or clean up the place before check out! Would definitely stay there again.

The property was very clean and in a good neighborhood. Quiet at night. Walking distance to restaurants and coffee shops. Very easy to contact the property manager. Would 100% stay at the property again.

The place is in a great neighborhood, it felt very secure and safe. The inside was extremely clean and nicely decorated with all of the needed amenities.
Warren is a great host, he was very responsive to all my questions and it did a great job to ensure that our stay was amazing. I would definitely stay here again.

This unit was the perfect fit for our family vacation. Beautiful and comfortable with all of the comforts of home. Close to shopping, great restaurants and Universal Studios (which was the reason for our visit). Excellent communication from the host, too, and easy parking. Perfect!

At first glance everything seemed very nice. Major problems with electrical system. GFI plugs did not work, bathroom fans did not work and air conditioning kept cutting out. Not enough information in the unit with regard to systems and check out procedure.

This was a beautiful home amd such a quiet neighborhood.
My husband and I stayed here and we were so pleased with the host amd how accommodating they were.

We had a fantastic experience at this duplex apartment in Pasadena. It is spacious, well equipped, quiet and in a great location. Warren was our host and was most helpful, courteous and responsive. I would thoroughly recommend staying here to potential visitors.
