We had a wonderful stay at Philip’s houses! Location cannot be beat, esp when you’re looking for a location that is quiet but still close to the action of the westside. House was clean, well kept, and made for a luxurious stay! Highly recommend. We hope to stay again!

Having lived in Texas all our lives - we have found that our heart belongs in LA! This home just confirms that we are “home” when we land at LAX each time. This home is perfect! Squeaky clean, beautifully designed and decorated. Crisp clean modern lines. The owner thought of everything! Thoughtful gift for our arrival, great communication, and stocked for all our needs. We WILL be back! Great quiet neighborhood. You can tell that the owner truly loves the property- it shows and it was felt. Thanks!

Philipp is a super host of this Venice area jewel. We felt very welcome, the instructions were clear and the amenities of the house were well described. Parking is on the street, but never an issue. Plenty available all around. Overall an impecable stay, highly recommended,.
