We stayed two nights at this wonderful and cozy little place, and we would give 10 stars, if at all possible: ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ This place is a true gem: Extremely tidy, very quiet and especially nice were the little snacking goodies waiting for us in the fridge & on the bed. This was a complete surprise for us, and shows, what a lovely and caring host Margaret is.

The property exceeded that of a typical hotel due to all of the included amenities. During our four day stay we cooked meals in our room. There was a small table just outside of our room which we dined on. Our host provided all of the cooking and cleaning supplies we needed. Also, she shared her washing machine and dryer, located in the garage area, which was a nice added feature. The room was exceedingly clean. Plenty of room towels were available including larger beach towels which we used during three beach day visits. Our bed was very comfortable! Our host provided us with answers to our questions regarding the Oxnard area. In general, her assistance made a very good stay to an excellent stay!

Our room was connected to our host’s home which some could object to. I did not,

It was clean, quiet, and very accomodating. Provided a very nice variety of snacks and fruits, and had useful appliances, like a coffee maker. Also grateful for the bathroom amenities as I have forgotten to bring shampoo.

Margaret was a great host and responsive to all my questions. Room was was clean and in a quiet neighborhood.
