The staff, mostly Javier, the person I dealt with, was exceptionally nice and helpful.

The staff was very kind and helpful. The location is very close to the train station, which was perfect for my late arrival/early departure. It's a great low-cost option in Salamanca. I appreciated having a private bathroom, and the room was nice and warm even with the cold fall temperatures.
The mattress and pillow were a bit hard for my taste. I could also hear other people in the hotel, especially if they were in the hall. It's an older building, but honestly for the price I don't think you can really expect more. Overall a positive experience!

Location close to railway station and easy walk to old town. Staff member at reception very helpful.
Hotel is set back from street address and can be difficult to find.

Originally, it was a one night stay but we decided on an extra night. so glad we did. salamanca has so much to see. The staff at the hotel was very helpful and they have on-site parking a 15-minute walk into the old town we wort a visit for a 2 star hotel we was very impressed and would include it in any other trips we do

Helpful staff at check-in in relation to parking my car in the underground car park.
The Internet connection via Wi-Fi did not work. The room was a little too small. It was not sound-proof and I could hear people walking in the hallway. I could also hear their conversation when they were walking in the hallway.
Spanish guests cannot be discreet, they slammed their doors and were not able to respect other guests.

Location is fine
No kettle. Dirty bathtub. No heater aircon. The gas heater is weak and will automatically shut off in the middle of the night when it was coldest. In summer there will be bigger problem since no cold aircon or even a fan. Only changed 1 towel when there's 2 of us.

Great staff and beds
Very loud due to plumbing noise and thin walls. I would also recommend to change the room from street view to interior.

Relatively easy to find, and conveniently located a short walk from facilities and the old town centre. Accommodation comfortable, if a little noisy in the early evening due to street noise and a fireworks display (!), but I'm sure this was a one-off. Rest of the night was fine. Lovely city.

The location was very good. Enjoyable walk to Salamanca centre.
Almost only sweets for breakfast. fruits, olive oil and tomato spread and different kinds of bread would be appreciated. AC unavailable just a broken potable. fan

Lovely hotel in a quiet neighbourhood 10min walking from the centre.
Friendly and helpful staff.
There was free covered parking but unfortunately our car was too tall for it but we were lucky to find free parking just outside the Hotel.
Would definitely stay again :)
The area where the Hotel is located looks a bit run down and no AC in the bedroom.

The hotel were wonderful at communicating with me prior to my stay. I was driving from Germany to Portugal, relocating my life, so I needed somewhere safe and comfortable to stay on the journey. They were so helpful with this and reassured me. I was able to park safely in their carpark and they even meet me there and helped me to park. The staff were super helpful when suggesting places to see and go for food in the evening. It is a lovely place to stay for a night or so and well located.
