Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house is super spacious and enough room for a huge crowd even though there was only seven of us five adults, two small children. Thoughtfully and beautifully built home, but keep in mind there’s a lot of stairs for extra tall ceilings. Had a small problem with the heated pool but Management company addressed it quickly. Loved fishing off the dock!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 weeks at Above The Cut! The location and views are stunning all day long. The property is well-kept and clean. We had a couple minor mechanical inconveniences that we were fairly reimbursed for, but overall - it was the best family get-together we have ever had!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful weeklong stay at Above the Cut. There were 10 of us. Our party was 5 college age young adults with parents and grandparents. The location on the cut was amazing because we love fishing and knew we could catch a lot right off the dock of this property. The sunsets were SO beautiful from the many levels of decks and the amenities were great for what we needed. The pool and hot tub were also perfect. It was a great stay.
