Spacious, bright, lovely view, close to many activities. Would have appreciated some bedside lamps in the bedrooms.

We loved this apartment! So comfortable, stylish and updated, and we appreciated the AC, since we hit a couple of Tacoma's hotter days. Be prepared for some stair climbing to this upper level unit and maybe plan accordingly with duffle bags instead of rolling suitcases. Well worth it for the beautiful view of the sound! I always love staying in a location where there are nearby cafes & restaurants, and it was an easy walk down the hill to Anthem, a cool little coffees shop bistro, and just a little further to Starbucks and the Spar, which serves breakfast lunch and dinner. We checked out the Job Carr Cabin and Museum just down the hill and happened to hit a weekend when they were running a history walk about early immigrants to the neighborhood. Fascinating! Be prepared for good incline walking back uphill to the apartment! (We appreciated the exercise!) We had dinner at the new McMenamin's at old Tacoma Elks Lodge, which is a short drive away and would highly recommend that. Couldn't leave without a visit to Point Defiance Zoo and Point Ruston, so we had a great weekend! We appreciated the quick replies to any questions we had. We would definitely recommend this location!

We stayed over Christmas/ New Year and got to experience Seattle / Tacoma in the unusual snow setting, it was quite the experience. We can only recommend Bayview Penthouse, we had a fantastic time.

Our stay began with outstanding communication from Bradley. When we arrived, we found an immaculately clean condo with an amazing view. Every little detail had been handled including Keurig coffee pods, salt and pepper, and toiletry items that we might have forgotten. To top it off, the beds were wonderful!

We enjoyed our stay at Bay View Penthouse and its close proximity to Chambers Bay Golf and Pantages Theater. The home was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The view of the Sound is beautiful from this home!

everything about the property was amazing and spot on to the listing. first, the views were spectacular. 2nd the location was very convenient to all of our activities. 3rd the neighbors were welcoming and friendly and full of suggestions. the kitchen was great as we cooked in several meals. we would highly recommend

Loved the location, being close to old town and the waterfront- the condo was somewhat noisy however, being so close to the busy road. Overall, the unit was nicely appointed, a few stains on the furniture and my daughter felt the bathroom could have been cleaner. It was a comfortable and we had a very pleasant stay

Not enough can be said about about how great this property is. The place was extremely clean and very well kept. The location was within walking distance of many things to do and see or a very short drive to many of the best waterfront restaurants Tacoma has to offer. The only challenging part was the parking behind the house, but there’s plenty of options to park elsewhere. If coming to the Tacoma area, this is the place to stay, you will not regret it. We will definitely be back.
